The hotel is nicely located at the shore of the sea. One may reach the city centre quite easily in a couple of minutes. The hotel has a nice restaurant with good food and sweets (from the nearby Sale Sucré shop). All for decent prices.

Check in is relatively quick but I waited too long for the room to be ready. Coffee machine at the restaurant looked too filthy. It tasted okay, but I was afraid to have a refill or have any the next day. The floral sofa in my room looked so dated and wasn't clean enough, specially the arm rests. Overall, there're no huge negatives, just a few improvement areas to look after.

Very Very central location. A very big key hook for this hotel. Breakfast was better before, but it was fine in my recent stay. Staff are very pleasant and respectful. Rooms are small but convenient for my short stay. Clean. Nice partial sea view. Everything worked well; TV, AC, Toilet. Free small bottle of water every day + coffee and tea packets and water boiler.

Posted room cleaning service at the door at 9:00 am. Came back at 4:00 pm my room was still not serviced. Finally by 5:30 pm it was cleaned. You have to stop at front desk both at AM and PM to activate room key. Room key was not adjacent to mobile phone at any time.

It was clean & excellent location. Large selection items at breakfast.

We had a problem with the food served!!! The beach isn't near or easy to use.

The room was clean and has a nice view. All staff were good. In spite of the few things we didn't like, the reaction from the hotel management regarding our complaint was great and so cooperative. Thus, I want to send them my warmest regards for doing their best to make us comfortable. Thank you very much for your efforts to improve the service.

The breakfast restaurant was on the roof of the hotel were in the morning the weather was sunny and windy , with stairs upwards and down words so u feel that you are doing effort to bring one item from the boufe . The plates were too small can’t carry several food items. The discotheque sound system system was too loud we couldn’t sleep well from the loud voice of the DJ.

The hotel was great, the room view was adorable but the room window need to be cleaned. The bedroom was little bit Cousy but still need renovation especially the bathroom. The bed mattress was comfortable . The breakfast was excellent and the quality of food was really great. Thanks to Mrs.Samira and Mr. Ahmed Nagui for the quick check in and for handling all our requests quickly and efficiently. The hotel is next to glim bay & tivoli doom 10 mins walk . There is a shuttle bus from now and then that can pick you up from the hotel to city center ( Free of charge) Also the hotel offers Beach access through Golden Joel hotel beach area.

Rooms a bit small, no terrace, just Windows.

Location is 10/10 overlooking the sea - quiet & cozy hotel with decent furniture & quite small rooms, but won't be an issue for roughly 2 guests. Food is noticeably good, staff are okay - price is a bit too high, but considering the location. Booking should just remove the "Express Check-in" thing, cause serious there's nothing like that.

The room had a few issues. The window doesn’t close easily. The paint peeling off. The shower door not closing.

The staff were excellent and friendly. Breakfast buffet had a good variety of food. I especially liked the bakery section. The view on the roof was excellent.
