“I’ve stayed there before and loved it, so booked again (3 rooms) - a different experience. First time we had sea-facing rooms - this time we were in the back rooms which had the chip fryer fumes blowing straight in. On arrival, everything was ready for us, but the outside temp was only 8deg and there was no heating in the room. The receptionist was indifferent to the fact and said that it would probably come on around 7pm. It did, but didn’t stay on long enough to warm us up, or the room. Frankly, there was nothing that I liked about our stay this time except that it is well located for restaurants and the beach.”
