The room had a dim light (I'm guessing for emergency exit), that was constantly on, even during the night. The light was quite strong and it disrupted my sleep.

Except for the light that could not be turned off, everything else was good.

One of the bedrooms had a repeat problem with the toilet flush system. The hot breakfast optio promised much, when viewing the photos on the hotel website, however, there was no streaky bacon or sausage, as depicted in the photos. The hot breakfast, was effectively 3 choices of eggs, scrambled, fried and a frittata, which was accompanied by some sliced mushrooms from a jar heated up, these were a poor and cheap option. We would have expected a four star hotel to at least have fresh fried mushrooms.

The location was great, and the continental breakfast option was good and plentiful, if this was your preference.

My opinion is that dirty wet towels should not be folded again by the cleaning staff members as they don't get dry properly and they can eventually smell. A spare small bar of soap would have been nice considering that I have stayed in the room for six nights.

The four-star hotel is extraordinary value, you get a lot for what you pay. Location in downtown Granada is excellent, only a five-minute walk from the Cathedral and near Navas Street, full of typical bars and restaurants. The room is spacious and modern, a pleasant place to rest. The many reception staff members are friendly and efficient.

They ask us to pay for the water and juices in the refrigerator although the juices have very bad taste and they didn't inform us those are not free. The pillow is not comfortable at all. No shattaf in the bathroom.

Walls were a bit thin and being situated next to the lift meant it got quite noisy at times. Parking with discounted rate of 18 Euros per night (remember to collect ticket from the downstairs booth before you go to the hotel) is in a public car park about 250 metres away, and being a Saturday afternoon in the city centre, it was full when I arrived, so I had to drive around Granada for a while until there were spaces available.

Excellent location, situated in the heart of Granada, close to lots of shops, bars and restaurants. Walkable distance to the Alhambra and Cathedral. Room was clean and functional, with a single bed, TV and plenty storage space. The shower room was clean, great water pressure and nice toiletries provided. Very friendly and professional staff. I didn't try the bar or restaurant, so can't comment.

Due to timing of stay (Spanish National Day) and local holy day on weekend, price was high for what you got.

Room was comfortable and well set up. Staff were helpful. Short term car space outside for drop off of luggage. Had a good deal with nearby parking station.

Some parts of the wooden linings showed some age. I'd have liked some more milk options, there were just cold and hot, maybe soy or skimmed, or both...

Nice traditional well refurbished hotel in an excellent location. The breakfast is well assorted with fresh sessonal fruits. Good powerful shower with easy temperature adjustment. Comfortable bed and ample fully opening window. The room had a nice desk that I did not use as it was not a work trip.

I like the central location of this hotel, right on the shopping street and also very accessible to the main tourists attractions - can either take bus or walk (only 30 mins walk to the Alhambra)

Parking is a bit troublesome due to the one way street it takes a long drive around however it is approx. 100m from the hotel. But manageable.

I have nothing I dislike, but have 2 suggestions to the hotel. First is the signage at the hotel front. It is not highly visible, so one can easily walk pass & miss the entrance. Secondly, the hotel lobby can be brighter & bigger to give a more up market feel.

Staff are great, friendly, helpful & smiley. Central location, very convenient. Room is reasonably big & there's a bench where we can put our big luggage on. Overall, we had a good 2 night stay.

Nothing to criticize.

Although the room was fairly small it contained everything necessary including a good aircon and comfortable bed. And although i had a room on the top floor it wasn't too warm. It was also very quiet. The staff were very accommodating and allowed me to have my room already at 12:30.
