We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe rooms need a really good refurb and deep clean. Rooms look tired so could easily repaint fix furniture and floors. Air con stopped working after second night but to late to say anything at 11pm and fix before we were to leave.
Location was really good and not rough or scary at all, had no issues. Breakfast is really good. Reception service exceptional.

United States of AmericaThe bed and pillows were really hard, not too comfortable (although they had excellent all-cotton sheets). The room was rather sterile in appearance, clean and bland. Not a lot of space to put suitcase.
Friendly helpful staff, everyone speaks english. Staff gladly accommodated my request for a room change to a quieter room not facing the Rambla. The room was really clean, immaculate. Loved the location! Raval is a dynamic, international neighborhood, a real crossroads of the world. It felt very safe walking at night since there is always a lively street scene happening. Reviews that call the neighborhood "sketchy" are misunderstanding the nature of the place. It is not a wealthy area and not a "tourist" area, and there are many immigrants, but it's a great neighborhood. The hotel faces the central Rambla Raval.

PortugalThe bedrooms are to much hot in it, the WiFi didn’t work, it has a lot of bugs coming out of somewhere, the towels smells bad because of the way they wash it, some cards they give us to the room doesn’t work and the worst part of them all, is one worker that they have in the reception… the one with long straight hair that worked this too days on the late shift, she is rude, she doesn’t work with pleasure, the pleasure for her it’s to be rude and unhappy from behind the desk, really sad for her! Unlike her colleague with a dental braces that is lovely and super kind, making the clients fill like home!
The location of the hotel it’s very good, near las ramblas and you can go every from the hotel! The bathroom it’s big and they give us all the towels we need and more! The beds are good and comfy! Some of the workers are very friendly! The price it’s very good for what you receive!!!

DenmarkThe rooms are small compared to the fact that there can be 3 guests in a room. This means that there is no room for your suitcase. We were 6 girls traveling together and when we were going out in the evening after getting ready for the club, the two male receptionists looked at my friend's butt a lot, they also looked at each other and smiled. This is not okay at all and actually very uncomfortable
I liked the occasion. It was very close to the center and good transport options with both bus and metro. The employees in the reception were also helpful. I liked that there was a fridge so you could put your drinks etc.
