Absolutely loved staying at the Agir springs over the first weekend in April, the stagg couldn't do more to help, massive shout out to Santiago, who was amazing! Also, the 2 lovely ladies on reception, we had a couple of issues with booking rooms after ryan air changed our flight, but this was made completely stress free from check-in to check out. Thank you for helping to give my sister the best Hen possible!!

The staff in the cafe downstairs wasn't very friendly. We was half board but as there wasn't many people for evening meal we had to eat downstairs which wasn't as nice as the proper restaurant. A few things on the daily menu we asked for they didnt have. A toastada with salmon downstairs and at the roof top bar they had no smoothies or ice cream. We have stayed here many times but felt this time wasn't as good as previous stays.

The roof top pool and bar was lovely and the young girl behind the bar was very nice and friendly. The location is great.

Great modern clean hotel in a great location. Small but really nice rooftop pool and terrace area serving good quality drinks including cocktails. Very close to beach, only one road back, close to both new town and old town so ideal location. Staff very friendly.

The only slight downside was the rooftop pool area was not accessible before 11am.

Excellent location, just a short walk to both the nightlife, and beach front, and only 10 minute walk to the old town. Felt very safe as a group of girls travelling alone. Hotel was lovely and clean, and had been recently modernised. Lovely rooftop bar and pool area.

The beds were abit hard but everyone has a different opinion! We still managed to get a good sleep. Softer would be my only complaint.

nothing, apart from the young waiter in the diner, wasn't very friendly and quite grumpy

absolutely loved it here. we booked this after fibding the hitel we had originally booked into was disgusting.On advising the lovely lady on reception, she upgraded us to a junior suite. It was a stunning, lovely comfy bed , spacious setting area, big smart TV, kettle with tea and coffee. And the bathroom was to die fir a massive walk-in shower. We were right on the avenuda meditteraneo with a huge balcony, central fir the old and new town. The roof top pool was beautiful with large Cabana beds. As for the food, set in a lovely restaurant with sea views, a bountiful breakfast and dinner wow; waiter service and the food was a la carte.

Based on the picture, our double room was supposed to have a balcony, but unfortunately, it only had a window. On the bright side, the window offered seaview.

The breakfast was excellent, featuring everything you could possibly want in the morning. The location is superb, within walking distance to the beach, and perfect for hiking the Benidorm Cross. The area is buzzing, you feel right in the heart of the city. The rooms were modern and clean, providing a comfortable stay.

No robes in the junior suite, we previously had them but wasn’t a massive issue.

We were room only this time so only had a snack at the poolside, wow enormous baguette sandwich that neither of us finished. Pool bar closed a little early but it is only March and it wasn’t all that busy. Junior suite is a fantastic room.
