Perhaps because it was a cheap room, the room was like an attic and there was no view from the window.

One of the mattresses was already too old and should be replaced. Other than that it's all good. Not the cheapest place but OK.

Friendly staff. Parking possibility (for extra money). Good location. Restaurant in the building. Decent breakfast (buffet table, coffee, tea, scrambled eggs, croissant, cold cuts and sweet pastry but no veggies)

The shower was very powerful but the shower head holder was not up to the task of keeping the spray in one place!

Great room with plenty of space. Very well maintained and had the feel of elegant grandeur. Great value restaurant for both dinner and breakfast.

Very nice hotel, with very friendly staff. Well located - a short walk to the beach. The room was nice and cozy with comfortable bed and air conditioning. I liked the breakfast - the choice of food was good. I think it’s a great place to stay when in Zarautz.

The shower had a short net curtain meaning the people sitting opposite the bathroom window could see directly in when showering

Our van couldn't fit in the underground carpark our van is 1.9m height so we had to look for on street parking which is hard to find and we had to park about 8 minute walk from hotel which was difficult with bags. We moved the van later that night when a space became available closer to hotel. We picked this hotel as it included parking so if you are looking for parking included make sure your van will fit in the underground.

Great location, near the beach and town center only a few (maybe five) minutes walk to both. The aircon was good to have.

The lady on reception when we arrived wasn't very friendly or welcoming. I think she had forgotten that we are keeping her in a job. She did not tell the restaurant that we had booked a table for 10 people which made it hard on the lady in the restaurant.

The breakfast was very good. The room was fine. The evening meal was amazing. The lovely Ukrainian lady in the restaurant was excellent as was the food.

Street a bit noisy at times but no surprise as town busy.

Gloriously old fashioned and charming hotel with well preserved quality timber floors and bar. Basement parking a bonus. Excellent food.

Good location within walking distance of seafront and town shops etc. Restaurant attached to hotel was excellent value for money and the food was tasty and nicely presented. There was a good selection of items to choose at breakfast. There was the opportunity to park in the secure private car park under the hotel out of the sun. It was 13 euros for 24 hours, a saving of 7 euros for non resident parking and the wardens were rife so it was worth it for peace of mind. A nice balcony with views to the hills and a small fridge and air conditioning added to the comfort.
