Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

evening meal option food was bland & repetitive, often burnt & uneatable. bedroom floor in desperate need of renovation. this hotel says Adult recommended, but there will be children there!!!!

The room had a double wardrobe in it , which was great but it would have been nice to have a set of drawers to keep clothes in too. Also, a shelf in the shower to put toiletries on would have been very useful.
Location perfect. Short walk to the Marina. Room clean and tidy and uncluttered. Great shower. Great view from room 411. Staff polite and friendly . Breakfast was nice, good choice and plenty of tables . Nice pool areas, didn’t struggle to get a sunbed .

Just some observations... the shower head wasn't great at all but you could still shower. I know it is April so not much the hotel can do but the pool was freezing cold.
The room was nice, comfortable and clean. Staff were great and the location was fantastic.

I did do a live chat with hotel staff re vegan options for the buffet dinner as I was considering going, depsite a quick reply to say they were busy and someone would come back to me, they never did.
The hotel was lovely, all areas were kept exceptionally well.

Our air conditioning wasn’t very effective.
We had a lovely few days in the Hotel. One got the feeling of a well run hotel. A great view from the room. 12o’clock checkout very good. Very convenient for getting to the marina.

Rooms were a little bit tired but not bad in any way. Kettle and tea/coffee facility in the room would be good.

A couple of times dining room was very busy and noisy. The food could have been hotter and lacking in variety by the end of 10 days.
Bright open reception lounge area and good sized bedrooms.Also nice wide corridors. Very near to marina and bus stops to other towns. Reception dining and bar staff all friendly and helpful

There was no indoor pool for a winter vacation which would of been nice or heated and outdoor pool
The hotel was of a nice standard lovely bar area, and food was very good and reasonably priced, 2 nice pool areas, as it was winter they were to cold to use so a pool heater would be a great idea, I definitely stop here again! The hotel is nicely situated with good access to beach front! You can get a bus to Mijas and other resorts along the coast, there is plenty to do and see. The staff were really helpful, the bar and restaurant were very good !

I was really happy with the hotel the only reason I have down rates it is because we were not informed of the building working being undertaken outside and was very unpleasant laying by the pool with the diggers going - very loud.
I was really happy with the hotel, staff and poolside. It was in an amazing location and would definately recommend it. the room was really clean and had a lovely balcony with sun in the afternoon as requested.

No kettle in room. Opening times for breakfast and dinner food plentiful and hot but into the last hour food wasn't replenished and cold.
On beach front and adults only Staff were lovely and always smiling.
