It is a very nice quiet place full of shops and cafes. The subway station is very close

The solo bed creeks even for a little move. The sofa in the living room is large enogh, but is not too bequem. Trashbins on the street are emptied every dawn, and they are much too noisy operations. There is a restaurant under the flat, which closes at the night and their shutter is also noisy a bit when it is closing.

The flat is perfect for 6 people, It is equipped with everythink you need to cook. There are more supermarkets and cofee shops within some 100 m.

You dont get proper network connection and it is hard to open the doors with online keys without internet. Atleast for first time checkin someone should be there

Apartment we had was decent, does the job, especially if you just want a place to crash at end of day as we did. Don’t assume you’ll get the apartment in the pictures, however, as there seems to be multiple photographed here (guessing they’ve chosen best ones for site) - and we didn’t have balcony room as shown in first picture. Apartment was nice and looked similar enough but we were on ground floor which was loud if you wanted a window open. No hand wash or soap (only small shampoos which we’d already bought), so had to buy our own. There were also no items such as salt, pepper, oil, sugar, tea bags, coffee etc available, so we had to buy all of these things for a few days usage which seems wasteful, so not the end of the world but would have been nice if provided. Sofa bed was a large double but broken and dangerous. Can’t sit at bottom or put any weight on end as it collapses. My larger, very tall, friend managed to sleep on it luckily but I wouldn’t recommend any children or small people sleep on it - it could close on them while using and someone could get stuck. Not ideal having customer service located miles away. If you’re not tech-savvy or able to make an international bank transfer for city tax online then you’d have to visit their office which is a huge detour. There was also an issue with electronic door key to apartment which wouldn’t have been an issue with customer service on hand in location. First off, we gained access to main building easily with electronic key, however, with no one at the building we couldn’t figure out which room we were in at first as it wasn’t specified beforehand. Only indication was via the electronic keys link, but it was all in Spanish so we didn’t know. Finally figured out it was ground floor but the electronic key wouldn’t work, we could hear a click sound like unlocking but door still wouldn’t open, so we called number provided for assistance.

It was spacious, plenty of rooms and space for storing things and eating etc. Everything looked clean. Nice clean bedding. Good shutters on outside of windows to block out light. Basic air con in main living room, and ceiling fans in bedrooms, which were much needed. Big kitchen with fridge, cooker, toaster, plenty of utensils and crockery to make food. Couple of toilet rolls and washing up liquid and tablets available. Fast replies from customer service WhatsApp number and telephone line.

The images on the website are not as advertised and the room looks completely different! - we booked a 7 bed room for 6 people to avoid someone sleeping on a sofabed and got given a 6 bed room meaning 1 person in our group had to take the uncomfortable sofabed. Caused a lot of confusion on arrival.

Apartments are good value for money. The location is great with lots of coffee shops and a lidl supermarket nearby. Metro station is nearby with links to barcelona.

beds were not comfortable. I like when I go to places that have cleaning supplies, kitchen towels, laundry detergent etc. This place didn’t have any not even hand soap. Not enough towels or bathroom carpets

Everything was dirty and dusty, the walls worn, stained. There is mold in the shower. There were no sheets for the duvets, only a sheet. Some of the beds creaked when turned. The street is quite busy late into the night.

The kitchen equipment was fine, we didn't miss anything. The location was nice.

- The three photos in the listing are completely of a different apartment which completely affects the appearance of this apartment in the booking listing. On the spot, the owner informed me that "the booking photos are only illustrations". This is unacceptable... The offer is misleading. The owner did not answer the phone or come to explain the situation. - One person did not get a towel despite assurances that there would be one for everyone, and then no willingness to provide it. - The couch in one of the rooms very uncomfortable and damaged. - Dirty apartment. Dust clouds, hair behind the couch, dirty refrigerator.

Hosts told us there is a lockroom we can use, but when we arrived to lockroom location they told us we can check in early, this could have been communicated to me over the phone. Last day the cleaning lady threw out our food probably thinking it was trash even though it was next to our bags. Some dishes weren't perfectly clean, but the dishwasher cleans them fast enough.

Hosts wanted to help us as much as possible. It was easy to reach by metro and we didn't have any problems. Everything was as stated. Next time I come to Barcelona with friends, I'll come to this apt.

The place was not as advertised in the photos. It was a completely different place. Which was an enormous disappointment because I bought the place because of the large table which was nonexistent. There was only a small table in the very small living room area. Much much smaller than in the advertised apartment photos. When I arrived, I couldn't get internet working on my phone and you need internet to get the keylink to the apartment. I tried calling the number in the reservation and had to wait a long time to get in touch with the people at the office. At first there was no answer. The place has a weird smell, almost if someone smoked inside and moldy clothes mixed with that. Also, the walls are dirty and all furniture seems like they have seen their better days more than 10 years ago. The place also had some bugs inside, although all windows were closed at all times. At one night there was loud banging on the door in the middle of the night and we were scared. We did not open and it stopped at some point but my friend was so scared he couldn't stay with me in the apartment for longer than few days. Especially bothering with the lock system in the place, the place does not feel safe. The only usable bed is in the main bedroom. The other beds are really bad, unusable. So don't pay for the extra beds, just get a hotel room with less than half of the price for a similar bed as in the main bedroom. The folding sofa is a joke, it doesn't even stay open, unusable either as a bed or as a sofa - just doesn't work. The shower head holder in the main bedroom's bathroom does not hold the shower in place. So you have to hold it by hand. It also takes 2-5 minutes to get any hot water flowing in the shower. There was a total of 3 rolls of toilet paper for 8 days of stay. Some of these things we could've probably fixed (like the shower head, toilet paper, renewal of furniture, etc.

The location was just as expected, close to metro station. Grocery stores and cafes nearby was OK too. And shopping mall 5 minutes walk away. Wifi worked fine, so that's a plus.
