Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments

- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

There is no kettle in the room for tea or coffee. This is needed.
I like the junior suite and the nice feeling there. I like the area too: quiet but handy to explore surroundings around Madrid nearby and to go into Madrid.

The WiFi. It doesn’t work in the bed room. It he signal is too weak.

The only downside would be the location if you don’t drive, although Uber was fantastic and had a very quick service including Uber eats.
The rooms were a fantastic size, felt more like an apartment than a hotel room. Was very surprised and the quality was great.

The lacking of a cafeteria service to sell hot sandwiches , croissants tortilla de patata or at least coffee outside breakfast hours . Breakfast finishes at 10 and then reopen until dinner. You have to request a waiter for a coffee and they are so busy to make it. They have a vending machine with some salad and cold sandwiches but you pay with credit card and they charge it with weird money system , always ask them before. Being 4 stars hotel should at least put some kettle to boil water in the room . There is not shop close by to go s get something to eat if you are during the day. You have to walk about 15 min to the station and get something somewhere there.

Not easy to request a coffee at the bar.
Easy parking & an upgrade of room. Good breakfast with pleasant staff. This is our 3rd stay as we find it convenient when travelling via Madrid, Short walk to train if you need to go into Madrid, also Las Rosas Village shopping outlet is within easy reach by car.

The breakfast area could have been I bit more cozy and not so strong lights, but you got used to it and the breakfast was so good so we didn’t mind in the end. We ordered from the menu when arrived late one night, but the burgers we got were almost raw.
Breakfast was very satisfying and good. Spacious and comfortable room. A lot of closets!! Nice hotel staff who works hard. We got upgraded to Junior suit with no extra charge because the hotell was fully booked.

It’s a shame the restaurant is not always open for Dinner. We are there one one occasion and the food was excellent. The breakfast is very good but sadly the food is barely warm. Would benefit from some warming devises like a Bain Marie.
We have stayed at the Hotel on four occasions and like it very much. The suites are spacious and good value for money. It’s well situated for the motorways which is important for us as we are normally travelling onwards to the Northern areas. Last year to Galicia and this year to Northern Portugal. The underground parking is great and very secure. The breakfast is varied and plentiful. Staff are efficient and friendly.

The restaurant was closed as it was a Sunday night but the hotel web site does not say this just that it has a restaurant. After driving for 7 hours the last thing you want to do is drive again to find a restaurant for dinner.
The hotel is ideally situated for an overnight stay when travelling on the A6. Rooms were large and very comfortable. Breakfast was exceptionally good and the staff really pleasant and very helpful.

Nothing to offer
Very clean and well appointed rooms. Quiet. Great air conditioning. Comfortable bed. Staff was uniformly great. I had come from the Westin La Quinta in southern Spain where my room was regularly filled with nauseous cigarette smoke day and night and the management was terrible about dealing with it and were generally aloof and disconnected. This place was the opposite. I will definitely stay here again.
