Location is lovely and peaceful and also quiet. Great hours for dining and marvellous menu to suit all tastes. Would recommend it for families and older people.

United KingdomThe Wi-Fi is pretty terrible. Shower in the room very poor and sprays water everywhere. Two of the main swimming pools are empty and unattractively roped off. No sign when they were going to be back in action. That's a big minus, when half of your pools are unavailable. The swimming pool that was in action was freezing! One plunge into it was enough. Most of the clientele are fine but there were a few dodgy types, a certain group from Newcastle on our stay. But they could have been worse. Couple of roaches in my room unfortunately. I suppose it's inevitable on FV. Hotel is a fair walk from the beach and even further from the main centre of Corralejo where the best bars and eateries are.
Food was a lot better than expected. Yes, you can go down the pizza/chips/hot dog/nuggets route but there's also proper, good food, freshly cooked fish and the like. A good deal of variety - you can go for a week and not eat the same thing. Every mealtime is good, some exceptional. The hotel has a lot going for it. The layout is nice and spacious. Staff nice enough (and the female receptionists are gorgeous, especially Irina!). Generally nice atmosphere round the pool, quite relaxing. The evening entertainment is variable but some of it is really good - the acrobats for example. Alcohol choices are wide and varied. Probably not the strongest of alcohol, but okay. The experience has made me think much more highly of all-inclusives.

United KingdomSome areas of the hotel are in need of repair/improvements which are ongoing. The range of AI cocktails were quite limited and not very nice, but the sangria was nice, and spirits and mixers were available, as well as lager.
I believe the hotel is under new management and it is clear they are making and planning changes and improvements round the hotel. The rooms were basic but clean, the food was decent, the AI drinks were reasonable but limited choice of cocktails. The pools were good, plenty of sunloungers, entertainment was there but not pushed on you, same with the spa facilities, which we like. The food was excellent on New Years Eve they really put a lot of effort in. The staff were all friendly and happy to help throughout the stay.

Entertainment although very good was incredibly loud and you had no choice to listen to until it finished . Reception staff didn't once smile and when asking a question replied What...rather than pardon! All other staff excellent

SwitzerlandThe night time entertainment was much too loud and when it was outside it was impossible to sit and talk to anyone. It is better when this is kept inside especially if there are families with young children wanting to sleep. We had a newly painted room but the bathroom had not been changed much..there was an old bath with a shower over it and it was sloping and very slippery and nothing to hold onto.. I assume walk in showers will be put in at some point as renovation is not yet complete.
The professional friendly and welcoming staff. Nothing was too much trouble. The food had improved from last time and there was always a good choice at every meal. The sushi was excellent. The rooms are being renovated and are looking less dated although not all bathrooms seem to have been done. Very spacious ,clean and comfortable. The location for us is perfect. Not much to fault at all.

IrelandHated the beds so uncomfortable, no shelves in the wardrobe for extra people we had in our room that was very disappointing hated the fact the bar from 6pm was so small and outside the fuction area, and night time entertainment was shocking for anyone over 12. Breakfast was good but they wouldnt make omelettes even though most people were looking for them.. Lunch time menu was not great I mean you wouldn't starve
