This hotel is a retreat in the mountains where you can find tranquility. It’s away from the more populated tourist areas but has its own little town 5 minute walk away with great restaurants.

Its only a minor gripe, but I could hear people above, with occasional scrapes of moving furniture etc...but it was minor.

Tranquil. It was perfect for a relaxing stay and in a picturesque setting, views from all rooms and pool and breakfast area. Very calm and quiet. Adults only. Felt high end but not pretentious. People there to hike, relax and enjoy the view without being fussed over by staff. There was an honesty-box help, yourself bar by the pool. Although staff were not there to fuss over you, they were always very helpful and friendly when you needed them. I’d like to go back.

This hotel is perfect! Fantastic location in the pretty town of Fornalutx, gorgeous views of the mountains and a great swimming/relaxing area. The apartment was extremely comfortable and had everything we needed. Highly recommend.

The streets needed to be taken to reach the location, can be quite narrow and winding. So be very careful when driving and make sure to hire a very small car.

The included breakfast was a nice touch. The facilities available for guest use were amazing and the views were incredible.

Absolutely nothing!

The setting was beautiful, exceptional views from the pool area and balcony. Staff were helpful and friendly and always on hand to assist with anything. It was very quiet (which we loved) and we barely saw any other guests, and we stayed in the middle of August! The honesty bars located near the pool and the hot tub were a great touch which meant you could enjoy cold beverages around the pool and in your room. The 4 bedroom apartment was extremely spacious, we couldn’t believe there were two big bathrooms. We weren’t expecting the hotel to be so nice for the price we paid, it was extremely great value for money.

Stunning location - peaceful and quiet - could not be better - only a few minutes walk to the village. Quick taxi ride up from Soller. Staff were all really friendly. Views were fantastic.

We loved our stay so much- it is such a peaceful place with the most amazing views. Our room was lovely - super clean, spacious, great balcony and had everything we needed. The pool was fab and breakfast was also great- loads of choice and great local fruit etc. We will definitely be coming back!

Absolutely nothing. It was the perfect place to explore this lovely region of Mallorca.

We LOVED everything about this gorgeous hotel. The views were stunning, and swimming in the pool at dusk was heavenly. Our breakfast overlooking the mountains, sitting in the hot tub gazing out at the scenery, and waking up to such beauty are really wonderful memories. The staff were super helpful, especially Veronica who went out of her way to help us find an amazing place to eat, and fun things to do in the local area. We cannot recommend Sa Tanqueta highly enough.

Seems like Fornalutx is getting a bit too popular, which is reflected in massive price rises for accommodations. price rise for next year is already another 20+%

Absolute gem for people who love tranquility, awesome views and hiking or cycling. Beautiful, modern accommodations, extremely friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast included.
