Possibilities of the apartment were very poor, kitchen has been very poorly equipped, no napkin, no tissue paper, toilet papers were cheap and bad quality, there has been no precaution for mosquitoes, no tablets whatsoever. Bedroom window has not been equipped with a mesh to prevent them entering. Couldn’t sleep well caused thereof

The only not very convinient thing is that between the two bedrooms there is no wall only paravan.

Everything is exellent -location, cleaness, instructions by host. There is a bus-21 from main rail station to the location (5 min. walk). The host allowed us in the place earlier than the check in time. In the apartment there were all necessary kitchen utensils and instant coffe and even olive oil, salt and vinegar. The apartment is luxury and very clean and well maintanenced. Congratilations! We will come again with pleasure!

I would have liked to meet the hosts on site, but maybe that is just my own personal preference. We were definitely on our own. The sofa bed mattress wasn't as good as the mattresses in the bedroom. A couple more pillows would be awesome. Do be aware that (in that particular suite) anyone sleeping on the sofa bed has to go through the bedroom to get to the bathroom. Using the codes required a few tries to get them right and figure out how to open the doors. These are all minor quibbles. We were very happy with our accommodations!

Location is fantastic, on quiet little plaza, next to a beautiful plaza with a couple of bar/cafes, on the edge of historic Santa Cruz. We arrived at night and had a late meal by the fires of the heat lamps of one of the cafes, a lovely introduction to Seville. Churrería, bars, cafes, restaurants, taxi stand are all just steps away, and yet it wasn't noisy. We could walk pretty everywhere we wanted to go (about 5 minutes to the Cathedral and Alcázar, 20 minutes across the bridge to the wonderful market in Triana). Quick and inexpensive taxi ride to train station. The room was pretty comfortable and we could control our own heat, though not perfectly. We made an error in the booking and the hosts were expecting a baby instead of a teen and put up a crib, with no sheets for the sofa bed. They got it sorted when we advised them the next day and they were apologetic even though it was probably my fault. Hosts could be reached by email and phone and we met the delightful cleaner, and cleaned and made our beds when she took out the crib. We didn't use the kitchen but it would be useful for anyone staying longer (though in that case the suite would probably be better for a couple or a single person than a family, as there wasn't much room in the front living/kitchen room once the sofa bed was out). There was also a nice communal roof deck that we unfortunately didn't have time to use.

It might be a good idea to get bowls for the kitchen and when the washing machine gets fixed, visitors will find this facility very useful.

The communication was excellent and our stay there was seemless our host arranged our transport from the airport and sent us recommendations for sights and restaurants.. Beds very comfortable. Beautiful fluffy towels were changed every second day. Location couldn't be better and rooftop terrace was lovely even in November.

There was nowhere to store luggage at the apartments after checking out. There are storage lockers nearby but felt luggage storage could easily have been accommodated at the customer’s own risk.

A perfect place to stay in Seville! The apartment is located very close to the centre which is its huge advantage. It is very spacious and clean. It has two bedrooms, a living room, a separate kitchen and there is also a rooftop where you can chill. We enjoyed our stay there a lot!

Amazing apartment, just in the heart of Santa Cruz neighbourhood, walking distance to all touristic points,restaurants and roof bars. The amazing AC saved our lives as was very hot in Seville. Very easy to access the apartment and the host sent us many recomandations for restaurants,bars, flamenco and and things to do. There's a washing machine and detergent and iron board, which helps a lot if you are travelling from one place to another in Spain. Definitely recommend the apartment. Thank you.

The only thing that bothered us a lot was absence of elevator; Going up and down with a suitcase was very exhausting;

Is Small apartment with air conditioning ( very important in Seville in summer ) on the 2nd floor ; There was small kitchen with most necessary resources, tea, sugar, salt, oil, kettle, fridge, pots, flags, dishes, cutlery were available , Washing machine with detergent ; As I said, location is top and the entrance -renovated; Air conditioning ; We stayed 4 nights, it was +40 ; we showered every time we got into the room, on the second evening I asked the owner to change the towels and they were brought the very next morning ; The apartment is located near all sites, you can reach everything within walking distance as well.

The furniture on the roof didn't seem to be mainained - one of the sun lounger was broken, the umbrella as well.

Great location at the city center, close to all sights and the river bank. Using just codes to enter the house and our room was handy. The washing machine was definitely a plus. The access to the roof is a nice addition if you would like to get some sun tan.

Lovely apartment in excellent location. You have everything you need - lots of bars and restaurants right there and touristic attractions less than 20 mins walk. The apartment was clean, we had everything we needed and the host was very friendly and quick in replying.
