Big rooms, delicate standard. Nice location in front of Charco del Conde. Very nice Pool area with sunbeds and nicr view to Lonely Tree and the sunset over the ocean.

Sometimes the noise of the street and you could here your neighbours. The appartment was also very warm when the sun was shining

No air conditioning. Apartment was very hot so had to sleep with windows open, so mosquitos got in. No pool towels available

wifi is lousy, the security standard is not approved for Windows and the speed is too slow - and I don't like that you have to give your email address and name to get online.

Very very minor point, but larger glasses and larger cups or mugs would make things perfect!

Gorgeous set of apartments overlooking the ocean, with stunning views of the mountains behind. There are plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance, but the kitchens in the apartments are very well equipped with plenty of food shops close by too! The pool area is stunning, and is cleaned every day.

It can get too hot, there should be instructions how to keep the room cool as some people didn't seem to do it well. Some basic food ingredients could really make a difference such as salt and pepper.

Amazing pool on the roof, with brilliant view and really big considering the number of apartments it covered, it never felt busy. Room was nice and comfy though you really need to cool it at night and close curtains during the day as there is no AC and it's very hot outside. The floor gets extremely slippery when wet so need to be careful. Shop downstairs has a good selection of products if you want to cook something.

No restaurant, but plenty in the area.

Nice rooftop pool w/ view was a good alternative for the beach. Very pleasant stay on the whole. Nice staff. Interesting architecture and indoor design. Very central location. Make sure to reserve a table at Tambara restaurant, 300m SE near port.

Not easy to park, so would imagine in high season, it would be very difficult. Parking is free on the road however.

The wifi was little bit tricky for Iphone! The connection was sometimes difficult.

The beds. Two twin beds combined, so during the night I could fall. I would expect more considering the night rate. Also, being so close to the main road, you can hear pedestrians, cars, and a group of hippies playing music in the evenings. No aircon was also surprising.

Spacious room, with almost everything you would need. I had a huge terrace, and I could even see the sea. The location is really central, it has a small swimming pool too. Very close to supermarkets, restaurants and the beach.

Furniture and curtains etc showed signs of wear and tear needed updating. Sofa very uncomfortable. Advertised and booked as having a terrace with a view but all we could see were solar panels. Very disappointing.
