First day 2 dogs from another guests were without collar. We love dogs and really happy they can stay in some of the apartments, however the rules, specially when there are kids and people who are not familiar with them needs to be follow. The staff was very kind and communicated the concern to their guest and problem was solved straightaway. Ana is a great host! very nice and caring.

Everything was great.

Beautiful setting with magnificent views of Los Cancajos bay. Large airy apartment with large terrace for eating and sun bathing. The rooftop pool is a real bonus. Very friendly staff always on hand to help if required . The airport bus stops outside the apartments and also into the Island capital of Santa Cruz. Perfect holiday setting, highly recommend.

Anna is an amazing host; really friendly and helpful. The apartment is great with a big living room and separate bedroom and a great view over the ocean. The beach is less than 5 minutes away by foot and there are some restaurants in the direct area. The pool on the rooftop is a great place to relax. We stayed with our 11-months old baby and we had an amazing time.

There was no aircondition and the apartment would get very hot during the day. Ana helped us book a taxi for the early morning of our leaving, but the taxi have not shown up, even when we called the call center several times. We almost missed the early morning ferry to Tenerife. This was not the apartment house's fault, so this incident will not affect our rating, just fot your information.

We liked the all time available pool, the garden was very well maintained, beautiful view and very calm and quiet area. Ana (the manager) was very attentive and we could contact her any time of the day.

Apartment had a connecting door to the apartment next door,sounded like we had other people living in our apartment,especially from our bedroom.Soundproofing needed I think.

We got used to it, but there is lots of steps up to the apartment!

Lovely apartment in good location. Decorated nicely and lots of space for 2 of us. The host left us a bottle of Cava which was a nice surprise too. The terrace was great for breakfast in the morning & had a brilliant view. Short walk to Los Cancajos Beach and restaurants. There was parking on site and lots of parking on the road for our rental car. Didn't get to use the pool but looked lovely !

Not a dislike, but the safe was broken and unusable. A consideration for people with poor mobility, the driveway up to the building is fairly steep, as are the steps to the apartments.

We stayed in Apartment 5 Charming and full of character, lovely view. Very clean throughout, modern shower room with powerful shower and plenty of hot water. Lots of wardrobe and drawer space. Small kitchen area with sufficient crockery, cutlery, glasses and equipment. Lovely touch on arrival from Ana the hostess of fruit and Sparkling Wine

There are several stairs to get to the apartment, which can be annoying with kids and baggages. Unfortunately, the restaurants nearby are not very good, but by car you can get to Santa Cruz easily where there are more options.

The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. Location was good, even though you need to use the car for everything but going to the nearby beach.

5 minute drive from the airport. Private parking. Superb location with many good restaurants nearby. Big living room, kitchen and bedroom. Terrace with beautiful ocean views. I stayed 6 nights here and I wish I could stay longer!

It is truly amazing place to stay. Calm, with ocean view. Lovely , cozy apartment with terrace. Perfect place to rest from the noise. Swimming pool and bbq area as a plus. Restaurants and grocery shops with in 100m. Bus station just next tot the hotel. Definitely will stay again there.

We really, really, really liked it here and extended our stay an extra 2 nights. Beautiful rooms, views and space to relax on a private terrace. 5 minute walk to the beach, 30 minute drive to 2 top locations for astral photography. We hope to return. We had most meals at the apartment as the views were so good.

Nothing...everything was perfect!

Apartment was absolutely awasome...exactly like on the pictures. Amazing view. No problem with parking, close to the airport and other facilities. Very private and calm location, very clean apartment with big terrace, Ana help us with everything we needed. I would come back. Definitely recommended! Thank you for pleasant stay :)
