They were a little too drastic with silence at night and not letting us go in the pool at night

Location , terrase, also they were super flexible about checking in soon and checking out late and also we rented a car but if you don’t want to rent a car there is so many restaurants and facilities close and also the beach is 5 minutes away and also you can cook at the apartment

The bathroom was a bit of letdown. It was small and the water from the shower easily spilled on the outside.

Excellent location. Near to the famous beaches and has all the amenities near by. Very calm. The apartment was cozy and comfortable for the most part.

The price performance here is absolutely unbeatable. excellent service from every single person we met. Okay the furniture is not brand new but who cares? we had a full kitchen, cleaning in our room every day, pool, good location. Oh and yes it has AC in the room.

The check in was easy and the staff very friendly and helpful. Apartment was super clean and loved all the little touches like the cleaning equipment and a brand new mop head so fresh and clean The complex felt clean, safe and well maintained. Will definitely use again and definitely recommend.

We would have liked an oven. But the rest of the facilities were really good.

Reception staff were so kind to us including helping when my young son was unwell. The apartment and pool area were super clean. We felt safe there and it was quiet at night. We were given a room to shower and store our bags after check out as we had a later flight.

The ladies from the reception were very friendly and ready to help me with different inquiries. On the day of my arrival I left my luggage and walked around till the apartment was ready. The location is also good, just walking dstance from the beaches. In the area there are restaurants grocery stores, bus station. The flat was spacious and clean. I'd recommend.

If looking for the centre of Playa del Inglés and the large shopping centres then property is further out than some places but this is not a major issue they are only approximately 20 minute walk.

Location was great for the beach and well connected via bus routes and close to booking activities and car rental places as well as close to restaurants and bars. The property was also clean and comfortable and plenty of space (good sized kitchen and living space) ideal for solo travellers or couples (not sure if other apartments are larger for larger groups). The pool was sizeable and clean as well as good sun coverage.

I have stayed here before. It's my "go-to" when staying in Playa del Ingles. In my opinion it offers good value and the people running it are very friendly.

Nothing to do with the staff as they were fantastic but although the apartments are no smoking 🚭 smokers could use their balcony to smoke which meant when we wanted to sit on our balcony for breakfast etc all we could smell was other peoples smoke which I personally hate. Also, at one point the people in the Apartment above us decided to move furniture around every night, which was very loud - however as soon as we went and spoke to whoever was on reception they went and dealt with it.

The staff were all fantastic, really happy and friendly and helpful. We were there for Xmas, new year, my boyfriends birthday and the Kings night which is celebrated in a big way there and on each if these days there were gifts and cards for us from the staff. The apartment had all we needed for 3 weeks self catering winter sun.
