First apartment we booked, smelled very strongly of insecticides. We came back a few days later booked another room and that one smelled perfectly fine.

It is a big building with appartments, right in front of the beaches of Los Cancajos and there are also swimming pools. The appartment has checkin before 13h. or after 16.30h. in between reception is closed, just to keep that in mind. We travelled with our child and love to eat and sleep the siesta in an appartment upon arrivel. So thank god we arrived before 13h. haha. The appartment is standard, good beds, but not a lot of kitchen equipment (as it´s not owned by a particular person, but a bigger appartment chain) and no washing machine for clothes. Just to keep in mind if you stay for longer. There is laundry service nearby. Good value for money though.

The only thing is that the furniture is quite old and especially sofa beds could be upgraded. Both for kids or third adults to be comfortable in the room, would be nice to have a bigger, newer and more comfortable sofa beds.

The hotel and people in reception were lovely. The views of the sea and proximity of the beach was amazing. Restaurants and cafes around were very nice and convenient.

Thin walls (neighbours can be heard talking), Neighbour letting their dog poop on the balcony, Balcony railing in bad conditions (termites?), windows felt dangerous, foundations in bad conditions, pillows too soft.

No hassle, friendly and discreet personnel, comfortable and clean, good price, charming balcony view, close to the beach, bus connection to airport and santa cruz.

I was kept waiting an hour for the reception to open and the picture of the pool is a little misleading as it is quite small

Reception left at 1318, closing normally at 1300 and did not come back till 1630. They've apoligized and I had lunch and beach but it's a pity we've missed each other.

I regret to report that our recent stay at the hotel was disappointing. Despite no prior notice, the premises appeared to be undergoing refurbishment, resembling a construction site rather than a place of relaxation. Additionally, the absence of air conditioning exacerbated the discomfort, particularly in our south-facing room, which became excessively humid during the day. Overall, the experience did not meet our expectations, and we would caution against booking until improvements are made. TV had no Netflix or YouTube only a few local channels. Would have been nice for them to have given us something to attach our laptop or something to have something to watch.

Great location, close to main road and airport, few grocery shops around, lots of restaurants to eat nearby. Free parking is infront of Apartamentos. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Place is exceptionally clean, everything worked well in our room. Comfy beds. Loved that kitchen with sliding door, small and compact. We have been blessed with beautiful sunrise in horizon every morning and view to Tenerife in distance. •Exterior might needs little renovation and •no air-conditioning but it didn't affect our stay.
