The apartment was a bit dark. It would be nice if there was more light, especially in the bedroom. The water in the bathroom sink was not draining well. There was rubbish on the terrace and common areas.

The apartment is located in a very convenient location. It had everything you needed. Check in was easy. Communication with the hosts was very good.

Communication with the host was superb, every question I had was answered in very short period of time. The apartment was very comfortable and well equipped. Central location, close to many turistic sites and subway. There was an option of breakfast to the room. Would definitely come back :)

Used the phone to unlock the building door and the apartment door. Would prefer a physical key. We were asked to take out the rubbish.

The sofa was not the most comfortable and the sofa bed was awkward

Comfortable, modern, things like washing up liquid, body wash and shampoo were given which was a very nice touch, tv, view was pretty nice, elevator made going in and out of the apartment very easy

It was very cosy, big enough for four people. Near metro/bus. About 15 min away from Sagrada Familia and Casa Batlo. There are also many places nearby to eat and drink. It was quiet. Kitchen was fully equipped. Internet works fine.

I have two minor comments, but nothing that really changes my mind on the rating. I thought the apartment will have both rooms facing the street as shown on the pictures but it didnt. One room was facing the street whereas the other one was facing interor (which was rather dark). Also, I think that lighting was too dark in the apartment. We were there in Nov 2023 were there are not that much daylight and we found apartment a little bit too dark during the morning and in the evenings.

8-/10. All fine here. I think it is really well located and quiet place which was something that we were looking for.

Disappointing communication before we reached the place late in the evening. We were told to finish pre checkin procedures. This included full payment. Then we received a link to make payment. Glad we didn’t respond because we got a message from them stating that the payment link was a spam and not to respond. So we complied with their request and did not complete payment and pre-check in. Our arrival time was sent to them as between 6 and 8 pm. The arrival time message was accepted by them. We expected a staff member to be there or let us in on arrival because they had told us to not make payment and had not sent us a code. We turned up at the apartment door that needed a code. We were sent no code.bWe called them. It was a nightmare completing the procedure on a crowded street in the dark. No one in person to let us in. Unfriendly staff on the phone line. Luckily saw a hostel nearby. The staff there let us complete the procedure in their lobby using their wi-fi and phone (our phone needed Wi-Fi to make calls). Took us a long time to meet their identity check and payment requirements. For future customers, pl. make sure you complete precheck-in and get entry code before you turn up.

Just one thing, please send instructions on how put the sofa-bed back to sofa, with that you could enjoy the balcony better.

Everything that we needed was available in the flat. Everything is in a very good quality. The flat was very clean. Elevator in the lobby and no need to go up even one stair.

Location is excellent with a lot of restaurants around. The bedroom is big and cosy. The air conditioning is quiet and cool enough. I’ll definitely come back in the next visit to Barcelona. To avoid dropping toilet roll and clothes on the floor, I would suggest to install a toilet roll holder and a few hooks in the bathroom.

Comfortable and well equipped apartment in a secure building. The neighborhood is calm yet at a walking distance from Segrada Familia. Plenty of nice restaurants in the street.

- Noisy at night as the road is directly below one of the bedroom windows. It didn't bother me that much but my husband is a light sleeper and this disturbed him.

- Great location with metro and bus stations very close to the apartment. - Easy access via code. - Clean bathrooms and hot water. - Comfortable beds. - The AC temperature was perfect! - The host was very helpful bringing toilet paper when we ran out and answered any questions we had. - Coffee machine and dishwashing tabs.

A small paper to say how we could dismantle and put the sofa bed back would have helped. we couldnt access that area as the bed was permanently across the living room.

The pictures online were deceiving as we were placed in an apartment unit that was 2 floors. The entrance being on the main level. There was a spiral staircase that led to the main bedroom/bathroom so we had to carry our luggage down and up. Our room was also not ready upon arrival at 3pm. We had to wait until about 5:15pm or so for it to be completely clean. There are also 2 doors to enter the unit, the main one being in the hallway and the second one serving as a mud room door leading into the unit. That second door does not lock which was a little unsettling being that the house keeper came in unannounced shortly into our first day. Also, the doorbell to our unit is placed right next to the elevator button so guests waiting for elevator would sometimes ring our unit instead of the elevator button which was super annoying.

The location was very convenient and close to the heart of downtown Barcelona. The bathroom was clean and had hot running water our entire stay. The bed was comfy and the pull-out couch was decent for our time being. The AC temperature was perfect! The host Leo was super accommodating (he walked us to the nearby lockers when we arrived, called our taxi back to the airport, and very friendly!). The lockers to store our luggage came in super handy, although the walk is about 7-8 minutes from the apartment it was fine.
