Was told I could leave luggage at a different address, but after traipsing over there with a heavy suitcase the address was shut. When I phoned I was not offered an apology, just told they didn't have staff at the address I'd been given anymore. Not good start. Then I was sent incorrect entry instructions - told to enter door B (when I should have been told door A. When in the apartment the previous occupants had shut the safe door so we couldn't rest it, despite numerous requests this was not sorted out for the duration of our stay.

Shower had a low pressure hot water and a old/cheap shower head. Very narrow spiral staircase to the property, my pairents would struggle to use them.

The location felt a little scary at first. It was just fine though. Just a little intimidating. Also there was confusion about the address. It was different than the one we booked.

The "paper walls" do not stop sound, you can hear everything.

Communication was always great and polite, apartment is very cozy and in a good location. We got recommendations about local places to eat and we enjoyed a lot.

Narrow staircase to get to the 3rd floor, but even this was not too bad.

Great location, comfortable bed, equipped with everything we needed. We stayed for a week and even got cleaning service after 3 days. 10 minutes (walking distance) away from Colon underground station. Highly recommended!

The main door was quite low (185cm), and the stairs were a challenge for any tall person.

Property keys could be collected at an additional fee or EUR 40 as I travelled in late. This only became know what I confirmed the apartment. Even though my Spanish was worse than their English, it was hard communicate with the rental company. Cleaning came in when i was still in bed, even though I'd let them know that that time was not convenient for me.

Hostess was really friendly and explained how it all worked. Apartment was fully furnished.

Noise from neighbours was excessive on two nights. Banging doors at 4.40am for over 20 minutes.

The kitchen is not well equipped (compared to other places that we have stayed at in Spain): It really only has the bare essentialy: You will have to buy everything: Salt, oil, detergent for the washing machine etc.. Pre-registration took too much time (requiring fotos of both sides of the passports of all guests before arriving.

The location is perfect: In easy walking distance to Old Town Valencia and to public transport. The apartment is on the top floor and quiet. With airconditioning it does not get too hot in summer. The ceiling is low and one must be careful not to hit ones head on the beams (I did it about 3 times). Pleasant surprise: Free parking was available about a 10-15 minute walk from the apartment (on the other side of the park).

Wifi was only working on Android phones, and could not be solved during our stay. This was the only thing I'd say was a bit annoying.

Location is reaally perfect. It is a huge open space, but at the end it didn't make our sleeping any bad. It was comfortbale.

We arrived at 2:00pm and had to wait to past 4:00pm because “they are closed at lunch time. Hoecerc, I was asked to love the premises before 12:00pm
