We booked for high season in high season, so probably paid more than we should, but absolutely no regrets about that.

If I pay more than 100 Euros per night I expect a bit more to be honest. The room was nice but there were some things that need more attention/repairs. You could hear everything outside of your room and everything in the room next to you - that was not very comfortable. The rooms were cleaned everyday but I could still find long black hair in the bed and bathroom (I am blonde) which made me feel a bit uncomfortable. It was a good stay, not bad, not very good, basic.

Close to the beach, staff were very friendly and accommodating, the rooms were cleaned everyday, the view from the balcony was nice (backyard with palm trees), the decor of the room was nice

Payd for 600€ and they didn't say to us the water is NOT potable and we get sick! Almost we want to sue them! Next time pls at the check in tell to the customer not To use the water or put a label on the bathroom to not use it!

I would like if there was a possibility - to buy a water/softdrinks/beer in the reception - during night time. There are shops just outside - however closed in the night (off course).

It is very easy to park around the area - small streets with a lot free parking. Only about 300 meters to the beach. Spanish breakfast we took just around the corner in a Spanish bar.

It's not directly by the beach, but it's only a couple of blocks away, and right next to the bus stop. People were nice, the room was cleaned everyday, and the balcony was huge!!

Would be a plus if easiest things in the kitchen were included, example washing-up liquid for the dishes, dish sponge, salt, pepper etc instead of buying it for just a few days

The reception staff were really friendly (especially Valentina that helped us out a few times, her service and always happy mood was a great plus). Cleaning was great, location perfect, studio and balcony simple and nice :)

Swimming Pool is small and close overlooked on street.

Great location, few minutes walk to beach, Aldi and not far to good choice of bars/restaurants. Staff were very friendly and helpful

The pool would benefit form some privacy screening to block the view of passers by and traffic from the main street.

The rooms are modern, clean and fresh and the cleaning service is fantastic. The location is perfect for accessing all the different areas of Alcudia and very close to the beach. The view from the roof terrace is amazing. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We have stayed here a few times and will definitely be back again.

The lift was broken the pretty much whole time we were there. We had to carry our bags down from the 5th floor on our last day with no help from reception. It should have been fixed sooner than it was, we were there for 10 days and it broke on day 2. The pool wasn’t great don’t be fooled by the pictures, the balcony was a little too small. You can’t really sit out on it. The iron you had to collect from reception, it isn’t available in the room and again, climb all the floors with an iron and ironing board. The reception staff are pretty helpful. Good location to the beach and pretty close to the port. I don’t think it was a great value for money.

I’d 100% recommend to anyone going. good location, clean, staff are so nice too, nicest hotel/apartment staff I’ve met, they gave me a free bottle of wine on my birthday and my girlfriend cracked her head open in the hotel and I can’t remember his name but he was so good with her, helped call a ambulance and done a lot of translating. also the cleaning staff came and knocked on our door the next day to she if she was okay. lovely people!
