2nd bedroom a bit small for 2 adults. No hair dryer. Towels very thin. Don’t dry. Pool ops a bit late.

Pool could do with sunloungers but it’s a residential property so I can’t complain

Absolutely everything I could’ve asked for, it was a large space with comfortable rooms, brilliant air conditioning, a great view of the sea and a top kitchen with a huge fridge.

when i arrived it was around 10pm i first managed to get i the front gate i was let in by a resident then i looked for the keybox coldnt find it eventually i found the switch to let me out when i looked at the left hand side of the office it was in darkness i managed to see the key boxes and get the key but there is no light on so you cannot see the key boxes two days into my holiday we came back in around 1am and as i opened the front gate i spoke with a old couple who said they had been let in the front gate by a resident and had been there for an hour and didnt know how to get back out they were looking for the key box but never found it i let them out and had to show them where the key box was and it was so dark they couldnt see the numbers so i got the keys for them there needs to be lighting above the keyboxes so they are visible at night

1 bedroom property warped bathroom door very bad, shower curtain hard to stop water 1 bedroom property electricity tripped several times each day , Towels very small Towels could be replaced during the week Mosquitos were a big problem Sitting on the floor by the pool - chairs would have been so good

Room serviced one a week that was only a bed change. No cleaning. But it was nice to be left with privacy

The apartment was just what we wanted. Great layout with lovely closed in balcony area, nice size bedroom, good sized living room, good bathroom with a great shower. I particularly liked the welcome pack in the kitchen. Easy walking distance to pretty well everywhere in Benidorm. Communication by the company was excellent as they kept us up to date with everything by email, WhatsApp and text messages.

Everything was perfect.

Good location. Halfway between old town and Rincon de Loix. Covered terrace. Consum supermarket in Calle Ibiza. Seaview. We never had to use the heating. Was close to the weekly market. Very quiet at night.

Location was fab! 10 mins walk to beach and same to nightlife but in a lovely part of Benidorm. Apartments are basic but very clean and have everything you need i.e towels (including tea towels), bed linen etc. Security into the building was very good and we felt safe. Plenty of local shops around. Consum supermarket is only 5 mins walk from the apartment and sells everything.

There was nothing we didn't like

Tha apartment was well laid out. The bed was very comfortable. We had a great view from 20th floor. All the staff were friendly and always smiling. It was very quiet and relaxing in gem 20.
