Our room was clean and right next to the pool. Staff were friendly. Good location. One morning we missed breakfast and the staff gave me a voucher for free lunch which was really nice of them. Bed was comfy

Outdated kitchen area with only one very large pan. No washing-up liquid, cloths or anything to clean with. I hope the cutlery and crockery were changed after each guest.

The apartment was within easy walking distance to bars, restaurants, buses and beaches. The staff were friendly and helpful. The site was clean and well kept. Our apartment was very spacious with a private balcony overlooking the pool. Very pleasant pool area with plenty of beds and chairs. TV with English channels.

Apartment very dated. Had ants in bathroom. Beds really uncomfortable, could do with new mattresses or mattress topper. Evening Entertainment shocking! Breakfast and lunch was ok. But dinner time food options were very basic and not very adventurous. Desserts were awful. Overall nice place for a few days but would be disappointed if we had booked for 2 weeks.

Room was spacious. Easy walking distance into centre of Costa teguise.

First impressions are important and I was very disappointed with the reception area, it needs modernisation and bringing into the 21 century. The evening bar was mainly manned by just one person who was not only serving but clearing the glasses and loading the dishwasher as well. Meals were hit and miss, some were really good while others poor and not always a lot of choice.

The rooms are like a small apartment, I.e. separate bedroom and bathroom, the sofa in the lounge area was very comfortable as were the beds. The WiFi was free and there was no limit to the devices joined.

A minor matter was the waiters endlessly clearing the tables of anything left thereon. If you went up for a desert, everything may have been cleared away when you return and someone else ready to sit at the table. Perhaps a table "occupied" card could be issued to diners. Scarcity of proper glasses for wine at meal times was a slight irritant. Regular or branded drinks were full price with no reduction for "All Inclusive" guests trading up from the cheap locally produced "white neck" bottles.

Meals all times of the day were practical with a wide choice of meats, fishes, vegetables and salads, etc. There was usually a Chef present cooking at least one item in the center of the buffet. Sometimes crockery was scarce and people rushing around to find a plate or bowl. Commendably, the free flow soft drinks were from Coca Cola dispensers throughout the hotel. Unexpectedly, room was equipped with a small but practical kitchen for preparing light meals/ snacks if not staying on the all inclusive packages available. Small refrigerator but no pots or pans available.

No air conditioning installed in rooms. Fine but room became very hot at night. Unable to open bedroom window for a breeze as it had been bolted and screwed shut. Ceiling fan only circulated hot stale air. Almost impossible to sleep as hard to breathe hot and stuffy air. Also strong smell of stale cigarette smoke in bedroom possibly coming from curtains. Not pleasant.

All balconies faces south for the sun. Pool was clean and well maintained. Buffet breakfast was good. Close to shops and bars.
