Nothing - was an excellent location, very clean and maid service nearly every day.

Excellent communication with the hotel. We needed a cot as our granddaughter lives on the island and we we're having her stay with us a few nights to give our daughter a bit of a rest. Was no problem and they were so nice in replying.

Drinks at the bar were quite poor quality, breakfast quality could have been better. Maintenance is due on a few things in the room, balcony doors made a lot of noise in the wind at night, safe was broken, and the fan in the room made a lot of noise.

The extra charging for wifi, for safety box, pool towels, food was not bad, bad, but I would skip the meals and do my own breakfast in the apartment and eat at restaurants in the area.

Nothing for doing the washing up even though there was a full kitchen - no washing up liquid, sponge, dishcloth. Asked at reception and they said we needed to buy this stuff ourselves - not practicable for us as we were only staying 1 night this time, so we just had to make do. WiFi is chargeable throughout the complex. could do with a shaded waiting area outside when waiting for pickup for the airport.

Remembered us from previous visit and got a better room, and a bottle of wine as a welcome :-) Spacious apartment. Quiet location as requested. Strong hot shower. Good range of cooking utensils etc. Staff on reception efficient and friendly. Big pool with plenty of sunbed space. Not too far to walk to centre and ferry

I live in a bubble of health that means I hardly ever smell cigarette smoke. This is an island where smoking is allowed, so it’s worth reminding yourself that lots of people smoke!

The apartment was compact and well designed, enabling everything we needed to fit comfortably in a small space.

the shower tray was VERY slippery and we was unable to use the pool as it was too busy and lack of sun beds. Our room was ground floor and the open terrace was facing the main road.

Clean and modern great location to beach, shops and restaurants. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Breakfast was average, fair selection but not always hot, was OK but nothing special, would probably go self catering next time.

Lovely modern apartment with everything you could possibly need, clean and tidy with lovely pool views. Exceptionally comfortable beds, probably the best we've had in a hotel! UK TV including Sky Sports, not that you go away to sit in and watch TV! But nice to have on in the background. Could not fault accommodation at all.

Room was a little small but to be fair, it was everything that we needed for our time there. No real complaints to be honest.

only thing I can complain about was the loose broken tiles on balcony other than that very happy . didn’t really use the facilities at the property much and only used pool a couple of times .

good location , nice apartment, nice pool great maid service and I liked it that the life guard took towels off the beds in the morning that people had put down and left to go off . certainly makes it fairer . taxis right at door and bus station by apartment to great for exploring and a lovley wee walk down to the beach

Aircon in summer would be good - kitchen was small but i didn't use it so fine for me.

Reception staff were great with no issues checking in at all & there was a large group of us. Pool was lovely & i loved the lifeguard removing the towels from the sunbeds after selfish people tried to reserve them early in the morning, please keep this up - why do people do this !! so rude. Rooms were self catering & fine - only a fan in the bedroom though which was fine for April time but in summer this maybe an issue for the heat.

Poolman was a bit keen clearing towels reserving beds. I was only gone 2 minutes to buy a drink at the bar and he'd shifted my towel saying I couldn't reserve beds... was good he was keeping the beds clear but there's keen and there's keen!

Clean, compact, lovely big pool, quiet location yet not far from bars and restaurants, a 15-20 walk to the centre of town and the main beach, up hill on the way back. Water and ice in the fridge on arrival which was good after a late evening flight. A good base for a holiday. I would stay again.

The food from the snack bar was meh. The restaurant menu for dinner didn't look interesting and the breakfast bar was the same as you get in a cheap British hotel. The food in general was English and not in a good way. Also, for the price I wasn't expecting poolside bevvy service but would have appreciated it :)

The balcony was nice. The bed was nice. The kitchenette with fridge and freezer were nice. The beds were comfortable. The pool was a good size and partially shaded and partially in the sun. The shade took over too quickly some days but shade does that. There was a heated wading pool for the youngsters, which is where I spend most of my time TBH (I have a youngster). The was entertainment at night, of cheesy pop tunes, on site and the oldies seemed to enjoy it but it wasn't to my taste. Kudos to the hotel for organising it though.

Paying extra 5€/day for internet, breakfast was good but in our case there was only one coffee machine for many people and the machine was very slow, also not many options for healthy breakfast.

Very calm and quite place with a lot of posibilities - swimming pool, restaurant, self-laundry, and balcony with nice view from the room. We also got a bottle of wine as a welcome gift. 15-20 mins by walk you can get easily to the beach.

The apartment was tiny, there was no coffee maker or coffee pot in the little kitchenette, no washing up liquid, dish cloths or towels for washing/drying dishes. If you want wifi (which most people do) you have to pay extra for it each day.

Good location - a few minutes walk from the bus station and not far from the beach.

This depends on which part of the building you are. I was on the ground floor on the side street. The apartment was quite dark and the terrace was right on the street (behind a fence). Accross the street there's a strip of bars and restaurants. Depending on personal preference this is good or bad. I prefer to look for entertainment elsewhere, and for my accommodation to be quiet when I've had enough. This wasn't the case. The live music at the hotel restaurant was really loud until 11PM and a reason I wouldn't go there again.

The appartement itself was nice. Clean, enough space, well equipped kitchen, toiletries etc. Nice pool. Efficient staff. Location easy access to public transport. Reasonably close to beach and port.

Bit of a treck to the beach.

Ended up here by default as place we had booked was no longer avialible. It was functional and quite large if a bit stale. Plenty of street parking close by and a few decent places to eat and drink.

The pool was rather cold, I think the sea was warmer ,,,,, About check out, it was until 12 noon, at 11 o'clock the reception called and we reminded of check out 12 noon, we said we would leave just before 12, car will pick us up at 12, and it was ok, But 11.25 came the cleaning lady and said we had to go now, it was nothing special, the time was not out

Clean and tidy, we requested a pool view and walk in shower and got it. The apartment was often cleaned and rubbish removed, the beds good, the swimming pool and outdoor area were clean and well cleaned and a good selection of sunbeds, central and a short walk to what is needed.

Tge breakfast wasnt tip top. Quite expensive (€6.50). OK it was unlimited, but I'd rathwr have paid less yo have a smaller one
