The beds could be much comfier.

The property was very clean and the grounds were well looked after. I loved how big the terrace was in our apartment. They had lots of parking available around the hotel as we went slightly out of season.

The sofa was very uncomfortable. Not enough cupboard space in the bedroom, I had to use the sideboard in the lounge for my clothes. Only one mirror, in the bathroom. Not so keen on our view of the supermarket roof, would have preferred a view of the gardens and pool.

Nice sized apartment, lovely sunny balcony in the afternoon. Very comfortable beds. The gardens were very well kept, paths brushed and cleaned.

Constantly had earwigs and spiders in our apartment (even found an earwig in our bed on the first day). Located a bit out - 25 minutes to the main streets which can be difficult if you want to just nip out for a bite to eat. Extremely noisy - you can hear all conversations, furniture movement and shower / toilet activity in apartments above and next door. There was a damp smell on our bedding (perhaps winter blankets that were in storage since last year).

Spacious apartment which was relatively clean. Change of sheets and towels once in our 7 day stay. Located right beside a supermarket with a larger one 2 minutes further. 25 minute walk from the main streets. 15 minute walk from a beach and prom with cafes, shops and restaurants. Ample free parking all around. Tips: If you walk to the first roundabout (about 5 minutes from apartment) towards town and take the first left and walk to the bottom, you will get to the beach and various cafes, restaurants etc. There is also a very tasty Chinese at that first roundabout (they do take away!) If you walk along parallel to this beach towards town you will hit different bars / restaurants. Other restaurants: Mum indian, trattoria Italia and Bar Redondo Tapas.

Unfortunately the neighbours argued, fought and made alot of noise for about 6 hours on the first night, then again on second morning.

Location was good, staff was helpful with problem plenty of supermarkets near beach not to far and right next to the Football ground (stadium).

Apartment clean on arrival. After that it's up to yourselves which we didn't mind Met staff only once and only to find out wat time we where checking out at.. Didnt even enquire about our stay.. Location is fine we didnt mind walking 20mins to beach same to town.

Slightly to far to walk into the town centre/busy part of the town..a good 35 mins walk to get to the balcon of Europa, for example. No enough hangers in the wardrobe. TV remote was not working due to corroded batteries.

Grounds of property were so well kept with lovely gardens. Good vibes of safety and security from the all.complex. To have 2 bathrooms for a family of 4 was really handy. The all flat was so clean on arrival.To be so close to Carefour & Mercadona supermarkets is a blessing, especially if you don't have a car. The receptionist was really nice and helpful.

A couple of sun loungers on balcony would be great. Sun loungers by pool not always available so maybe a few more would be good. Pillows weren't that comfy, but that's just our opinion.

Nice big apartment, huge balcony, kitchen had everything we needed to cook food, two supermarkets very close by, nice pool with excellent pool bar serving very reasonably priced drinks and food, which was delicious and good value. Air-con was very good, standing fan also provided and ceiling fans in bedrooms. All staff, reception, pool bar and gardening all very friendly. Would definitely stay again!

The apartment did not look like the apartment on the booking.com website, it was fine. No basics, such as hand wash, olive oil, salt and very limited towels.

Great pool area and the pool bar was great value and the staff were excellent. Always very friendly and accommodating.

It is a good 15 to 20 min walk from the centre, in the heat, can be a struggle.

Poolside bar was fantastic, staff food was really nice, staff really friendly. Grounds really nice and kept. The two pools were perfect size and never too packed, often empty. Appartment was spotless when we arrived and the balconies had lots of room

Kitchen, appliances, and silverware dirty. We lived at ground apartmant, god stolen flip flops and brand new triathlon suit during the night. Lock the valuables at the night. Apart from that, nice place

Wonderful stay at Las Rosas! Location is perfect with everything you need very close by. There is about a 20 min walk in to town but it isn’t too bad, maybe consider taxi on the way back up the hill. Bar staff at the pool bar were amazing! Totally made our holiday thanks so much guys

The property is clean, quiet, convenient to supermarkets, has choice of 2 pools, plenty of sun beds, nice bar area with good food and pleasant staff. Location is good and we were able to walk to the beach and the town centre at night. Taxis easily available if desired/required.

Apartment was adequately furnished and equipped but could have been better/ upgraded. In terms of the kitchen, a travel kettle was supplied rather than full size. A number of things on the inventory were missing, although as we were only 2 people it wasn't a problem and staff offered to provide anything else we needed. A dirty sponge and a small amount of washing up liquid were provided as the 'washing kit'. We bought our own. Whilst the apartment had been cleaned, small flies were present and kept emerging during our stay - not sure if it had been empty for a while? The shower screen wasn't well designed - water ran along to the end and onto the floor - we had to mop it most days. Patio furniture cheap and in fairly poor condition- one chair broken, parasol rusty and very small.

Spacious apartment with air conditioning and a good sized terrace. Bed fairly comfortable and shutters ensured a good nights sleep. On the 'quiet' side of the complex. We were very near the pool and the gardens were well kept. We liked the on site bar/ cafe and found the staff very friendly and helpful. Really convenient location and free parking - right next to two supermarkets and an easy walk into Nerja and the beach. With a few small improvements and regular updating of furnishings/ equipment this would be an outstanding apartment in a very convenient location.

All really good, a mirror in the bedrooms would have been handy. A few more sun loungers in Las Rosas II.

Lovely big apartment, air conditioning and wi fi. Rafael was really responsive before we arrived. Maria in reception was v friendly and Carlos also. Getting a what's app as to where to collect the keys was great as reception was closed when we arrived. Lovely apartments, spotlessly clean. Would definitely recommend and would stay again if coming back to Nerja.
