As others have commented, the building and furnishings are in need of a refurb and the road noise is a little intrusive at busy times.

Anna, the reception manager was very helpful and attentive. The view from the room was fantastic.

It was really hot in the daytime, so it would have been nice to have air conditioning in the apartment. On the other hand, maybe a good investment in the comfort level would be to put a bigger TV in the living room, unfortunately ours was very small.

The view of the sea from the terrace was absolutely amazing and the swimming pool was really nice. Thank you for the smooth check-in and check-out, there was no any issue with that. The apartment was in a really good condition.

Entrance is a fast street with no where to stop to drop off any luggage. Beware of fast cars on the curvy, downhill road!!!!!! Booking response for inquiries was not working.

Reception closed after 9.we arrived arround 10 and someone should waited for US.we have called 20 times before someone picked a phone(start to worry as traveling with 3 children). Also we asked due to safety to put as on 1ft or 2nd floor but we end up on a ground floor in the last corner room. Not enough pillows

The apartment could have used a/c. Blanes is not that nice compared to other destinations in the Mediterranean, it is almost like they are not prepared for tourism.

We couldnt use the pans for food cause they were so old and dirty. Staff didn't have any spare ones to give us and didn't even try to do anything about it. No kettle was also a big problem. I think they could have kettle at least if not working pans.

There was no kettle which was quite frustrating if you wanted a quick cup of tea or coffee. Also, at times the water pressure in the shower was almost none existent

Was advised the day before that I had to collect the keys from a sister hotel due to staff shortage. Staff were very polite, but walk was over 1km and could have been very difficult for certain individuals, especially if they were on their own and had to carry luggage

We had a room where the lock was kind of a struggle to open and close it. There are no cloths, toilet paper, towels or water included. You can buy these/rent these at at the reception.

If you think you will get what you see on listed pictures, ohh noo! Property dirty, old and very smelly with dump old house. Beds are folding beds and actually no sofa bed like listed! No kettle, no air conditioner you stay and sleep in heat wave all time. Dirty swimming pool without any rules or higiene and health and safety protocols. On front of me local ones swim with clothes on! Came back home all family with skin infection. Pictures listed!!! No proper bedding! Fridge doesn’t worked. No car parking and very busy road. Reception dirty and not helpful! Avoid order drinks as glass clearly not washed properly! Listed pictures on booking clearly not new ones but very old!!!

No parking, if you want to go walking to the beach, take in consideration that the hotel is on a hill. Can be complicated for old people to walk up.
