I was very disappointed with the room that was allocated to us this time There was no locker or lamp beside my bed. I questioned this and they put a lamp on the floor, not appropriate beside my bed. Our room was full of mosquitos and the lock on the door on to the balcony was broken and couldn't be opened which was dangerous in an emergency. I would still recommend though as this has never happened me before and I would hope never again.

I've been going there for years and love Globals Nova. Its location is perfect and a lovely atmosphere in the area. The staff are very nice to deal with I would recommend.

AC didn't work really well, we have to ask for Fans but the property only had 1 fan working (the reception one) which the staff promptly offered us. The pool is nice but we couldn't enjoy as guests save seats for the whole day, even if they are not in the hotel those hours. I spent a full afternoon observing empty sunbeds just with towels but not enough guests on the premises.

Location and staff was really helpful. The apartment size was great and comfortable.

No bar facility inside the hotel. Only a pool snack/pool bar which closed early evening.

Great location and central to all amenities and very close to the beach. Very clean apartment and communal areas spotless.

The air condition didn’t work but at the time of our staying the weather wasn’t very hot so it was not a big deal.

It was very good for the price and location was super. The property also had a pool which was great.

We booked and paid extra for a pool view, but we were buried in behind a lot of palm trees with very little view at all. We immediately asked if a change of room could be accommodated but were fobbed off for 3 days before we gave up. Hotel bar hasn’t reopened since pre-Covid and is a huge loss. We’ve been coming here for nearly 20 years and the on-site entertainment was always fantastic.

Hotel is spotlessly clean, close all local amenities and central to both Palmanova and Magaluf. Beautiful pool and poolside bar.

The inside and outside pool was freezing cold. The corridors to the rooms need updating but the rooms are fine, clean with everything you need.

We got room 512 and it had a stunning sea view.. 2 to 3 mins walk to the beach.. It was beautiful. The apartment was a perfect size and well equipped for us 2. It was cleaned nearly every day although we just got clean towels most of the days as we did nt need it cleaned every day. The staff were excellent , very friendly , approachable and helpful. It had a lovely cafe at the pool , the food was lovely and very reasonably priced. It has a lovely pool although i found it very deep (1.9m) in places and as a non swimmer i spent little time in the pool , there were plenty of sunbeds around the area. The gardens , etc are well maintained and had lots of flowers in bloom. I would highly recommend this hotel..

It was in a perfect location, not too far from the town, but far enough away to not be in a busy area. The hotel had everything that was needed for a weekend away, especially for the small price it was.

bar was not opening until 9am in the morning and the service was very slow. if you have to leave early in the morning it is not convenient. the rooms are quite old and would need a renovation, the third bed was very noisy

only one key between 4 , so if some wanted to go out and others were in the room or wanting to go sleep before others they were left with no key or electricity.

The kitchen had nothing to do the dishes like soap, we had to buy a whole detergent for 3 days stay. The kitchen drawer was also a bit stuck but it didn't stopped anything. Also the shower in the bathroom didn't had a good seal, so everytime I took a shower it got completely wet.

I really enjoyed my stay in Globales! It looked just like the pictures, comfortable room, great location right next to Son Matias beach, quick walk to Magaluf clubs and bars. Very easy parking (I went in October) but also very easy access to public transportation. The guy in reception was really helpful, we had quick check in and check out and he gaves us tips on where to eat, have fun and how to get the bus around the city.

The shower barrier was terrible. Water would spill all over floor every time someone took a shower. Also the Aircon was not working or the temperature was too high.

* the flats are clean and nice but nothing luxury

* 2 minutes to thé beach * 3 minutes to bus stop that goes direct to airport and Palma * 10 minutes walk to Magaluf bars and discos * supermarket in front of thé building * nice and clean flats with nice swimming pool
