Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
Guidelines and Standards for Reviews

The apartment was spacious and well positioned. The views were amazing. The balcony was large and it was nice to have a balcony on both bedrooms. Living room was large and great for relaxing. The complex was clean and tidy. Great to have Netflix and home comforts. Great location, walking distance to Puerto Banus, but nice and quiet.

There were quite a few steps to the pools which I didn't mind but might not be great for little children or older people.
It was a lovely bright spacious apartment with everything you needed. Local restaurants were lovely and very close to all amenities. Pools and outdoor areas were lovely and I would recommend. Stunning views from the apartments and very quite location perfect for relaxing. I will book again as it was super.

Very good location , 10 min from Puerto Banus, 7 min walk to tennis court ( Tennis brothers) Bianca is very friendly, always on contact with you, very helpful . Definetly place to stay

From arriving at the property, Bianca was incredibly helpful and got us checked in quickly. The apartment was beautiful and comfortable, and felt very homely for the duration of our stay. The staff that came to freshen up the apartment were friendly and efficient. The property offers three separate pools to make the most of, all of which capture the sun perfectly. The location is brilliant, just a 10-15 minute walk down to the harbour and with many restaurants within just a 5 minute walk. We would definitely stay here again!

Maybe if someone was present every 2 or so days just to come collect any rubbish that would have been excellent, but that would be critical to say it was a must.
The choice of having 2/3 pools to go to was really good, the location of the apartment in general was also good, as well as feeling safe and almost at home for the duration of our stay. We didn’t interact with many staff as it was an apartment however I would like to give a special mention to Bianca who handed us our keys, but also met our needs throughout our stay and made sure we had the warmest welcome, as well as thoroughly showing us everything we needed to know upon our arrival making our overall stay as sufficient as possible.

No hand soap, washing machine detergent, dishwasher detergent or salt/pepper. A couple of kitchen application were dirty upon arrival. The toilet seat and shower was partly broken. VERY SMALL THINGS all things considered. Would have been a 10/10 stay without these issues.
The location is Amazing. It is close to the main areas of Puerto Banus while still having an incredible view to the La Concha mountain from the balcony. The apartment was nice with GOOD beds (rare in rentals) and BIanca (the facilitator) was very kind to provide us with a duplex so that the two rooms were separated. There were also TWO bathrooms, each connected to the respective bedrooms. The balcony was big with morning sun on it. Not much to complain about overall. We were also allowed a late check-out at 1PM which was very helpful.

Do not come over the weekends as you have limited support and no one to show you in. Other than that, nothing really worth mentioning. We got what we paid for.
Location is great but depends what you are looking for. Easy to move around if you rent a car like us. You do need a car for nearly everything which is fine.

Nothing really but if you are looking for a super modern apartment this is not for you.

bed needs new mattress protector covers&mattress in double bed room, some areas need cleaning where wall meets marble floors in living room(rusty colour here),fitted shower rails for shower curtains, curtain on patio door for night time. Some art on walls on entrance halls&better lighting to come on at door not have to wait to get to lift to turn a light on.
nice quiet private pool area,pools could do with being heated in October as water was so freezing cold only children in the pool&they got out shivering cold.
