It needs maintenance. So some things were not working. We were offered to move to a other apartment. It is something that has to be checked before giving it out

Everything was far better than we expected. Location was ideal for the beach and bars, very quiet but within walking distance of everything we needed. Apartment was very comfortable with the full size fridge freezer and washing machine being an added bonus...Will be back...but for longer next time!

The TV needs updating to a smart TV unable to use only local TV channels available.

Beds a bit small and soft.

Nice grounds, convenient location. Apartment ok for two adults and two kids sharing rooms. Pool very clean and whole complex was quiet - second week of April.

Friendly and helpful staff. Very close to Playa. The outside areas are kept very clean and tidy. Have stayed there last year and hope to stay there again next year.

The sofa in the lounge did not have arms and I suffer with a bad back so like to sit in a corner with loads of cushions. This was kinda rectified by Yanni from house keeping who supplied extra cushions blankets and pillows so I could support my back but that was my only minor niggle which got sorted straight away by reception when I reported it..its a bed settee but couldn't say it was comfy as didnt use it as a extra bed.

The location was perfect for me as it had everthing I needed, shops near by and a great bus route shuttle from Alicante also stopped at end of the road and the sea minutes away. Gated property so felt safe as a single traveller. Reception staff communication was excellent as I requested a ground floor apartment via e mail and in a sunny postion the lady on reception speaks good English and we're friendly and welcoming. The whole complex is very well kept and staff are hard working and friendly. I had apartment 128 it smelled lovely and clean when I entered which was a joy and found the housekeeping top notch. Aircon worked a treat if you hot a bit cold at night I stayed from 4th Feb untill 18th. I had the sun for a over a hour on my patio from about 9.30 to 11.00 ish then as there was a big lawned area just outside my patio the sun shone on it all day if you wanted to catch some rays. Must say I would give my mattress 10 out of ten most comfy mattress I have had while staying away..great wifi brought a firestick to use as like my English tv but bring a extension lead as will need two sockets one for tv and one for firestick. Loads of hot water always available to use. My tip room 108 one bed is opposite one of the pools and gets the sun as soon it rises over the building will request this one next time. It was a very quiet and peaceful complex and again friendly. Was pleased with my apartment all in all. Must mention Yanni sorry about spelling the head of housekeeping I think who was super helpful when I asked about extra cushions and pillows for the lounge. I certainly would stay here again.

Tired & dated. Kitchen cupboard doors hanging off the walls & pans didn’t sit on the hob properly. Sofa was very uncomfortable to sit on for any length of time. Shower taps didn’t work properly. Bed was uncomfortable too.

Great location, it was lovely to have our own roof terrace. Good size apartment. Having a washing machine was especially appreciated for a long stay trip.

Internally the property was clean but dated. The bed was super comfy but the lounge sofa was not. It took a few days for the accommodation to warm up to a reasonable temperature.

The property was within a well maintained complex that was in a quiet but convenient location. There was everything we needed within the property for our short stay.

The electric kept going off at night,so unable to charge phone and laptop,.this happened 4 or 5 times.

Spacious,close to the pool.reasonably quite except 2 mornings when they decided to cut the trees at 8:00am,but not too much of a problem.

Yappy dogs, probably left alone in apartment while owners were out.

Beautiful grounds, two great pools. very nice Cafe/Restaurant. Excellent choices for breakfast. Staff were lovely.

The sofa was VERY uncomfortable.

Lovely apartment, not too far from the beach, some english tv channels but you have to change the language on the remote, that's not a criticism its an advisement.
