The apartment was spotlessly clean and within a short walk to all the amenities. Ideally located for us to walk our dogs.

If the view from the window is important to you, don't take the apartment that opens onto the courtyard. Missed thin blanket in the bed and salt and pepper in the kitchen.

Although beachfront apartment block, and you can glimpse the sea around the block that is facing you. Very worn building and noisy from other apartments - we were floor 3.

The facilities were complete but we expected to have at least some courtesy dishwasher detergent because we were only there for one night. In one of the bathrooms, the bathtub had some rust that needs to be taken care of but it's more an aesthetic issue and not really a health concern.

They were very helpful especially when we wanted to ask for an extension after check-out. The apartments were complete with facilities and really big rooms, comfortable beds, dining table and sofas. I really like the balconies where we just stayed to talk and enjoy the view. And we really enjoyed cooking in such spacious kitchens. The access to the beach is so easy and there was enough parking. We even saw the sunrise together from the beach and it was pretty special! We chose this destination because we knew that other beaches in Spain would be very crowded this season.

Lack of maintenance, windows not closing properly, and too much noise, I believe that the establishment should take responsability and control noises from guests.

There was no kettle, so went out and bought one. We left it there for other people. There was no wardrobe in the 3rd bedroom, so we had to move a cupboard from the hall to that bedroom just to put clothes in. Some outdoor furniture on the big balcony would have been nice. It was a shame the pool opens late in the season as we would have utilised this. Just a few minor inconveniences really, nothing major. On the whole, for the price it was great value. We would definitely visit again. Thanks Spiritmar!

We've stayed here before because we love the location and the space that Spiritmar provides. It's on the doorstep to the beach and a short walk to all the bars, shops and restaurants. We were a family of five and there was plenty of room for all of us. We had two balconies, being a corner apartment, one balcony was huge and ran the length of the apartment, the other was a sea view, as we requested. Spiritmar is a really good base for all outside activities. The apartment was clean and the staff we met were lovely.

there was very little to cook - crockery was very sparse. we only had one bowl for breakfast, only one wine glass, no kitchen knife etc the terrasse still had the cigarette buds from the previous visitors and the garden table was particularly dirty. we had asked what was not provided so that we could bring things but we had limited replied

Shower and bathrooms were basic and need updating. the shower head would not stay in place and the sink plug had no mechanism to open. The water didn’t run away from the shower tray. Water ran cold for the second shower. An additional toilet roll should have been in place. All small thinks but all together identified the weakest area.

Reception service and general facilities were all good. Kitchen and living area were good.

The first apartment I was assigned the front door would not lock, but Alva was ever so helpful and she quickly gave me another apartment.

No warm water on arrival, fixed immediately next morning within minutes after advice. Beds are a bit short for 1,90m.

Apartment was spotlessly clean with plenty of wardrobe space. Having Wi-Fi was brilliant. Very easy walk into the restaurants and shops. Balcony faced towards the pool and playground area.

The beds. By far. Worst bed I've ever tried in places like this. It was small, noisy and... bad.

The location is really good for having some relax. Besides, the jacuzzi seems to be pretty promising during summer!

Nothing really, a couple of minor issues, kitchen & bathroom taps leaking, to repair. And a kettle would be a nice have. These issues are minor and do not influence our high scores for the apartment.

Comfortable apartment, well presented and clean. Comfortable furniture and beds, quite nights sleep, note was 2nd week in Dec. Had all the facilities needed ie washing m/c. Would recommend. Almerimar is a nice place for a visit.
