The manager of the property kept us waiting, but not for too long. didn't pick up the phone and when he did, he hung up on us. Overall it was a nice stay.

It's near the oldt set and most sightseeings. There's a very good bakery right infront of it.

The host/ man who waited on us is very unpleasant and unkind. This was first noticed in the communication that preceded the arrival at the accommodation. Then, upon arrival, the gentleman didn't say "hello, good afternoon" or anything like that, but just motioned for us to enter the building. I asked him to allow us to park the vehicle in the garage because I wanted to get it off the street, but he insisted we pay the garage first. The conclusion is that he is very uncivilized and rude, which is the only thing that disappointed us.

The apartment is as shown on the pictures, pretty large and the location is good, close to the center.

The staff were not so friendly and they are very strict with checkin and checkout timings. be aware that you must check out before 11 AM and you cant leave your luggage there, so you have to find a locker which is extra cost.

The apartment is huge, it took some time to get heated. its located in a quiet area, lovely neighborhood. not so close to the main attractions.

There wasn't towel in the kitchen. But it's not a problem.

Everything was excellent! 10 minutes walk from the city center, private parking. We heard neither our neighbours nor the noise from the street - the apartments located in the backyard. Inside the room we had everything we needed: a microwave, kitchenettes, fridge, etc. for a fair value.

The location is accesible, i liked the beds and the heating system. The apartament that we booked was very big, clean and a really nice enviroment.

Kitchen is poorly equipped, missing some very standard things like knives. Street noise in the morning. Broken lock in the bathroom. Parking in garage might be tricky if car is not compact

Location is good, you can easily walk to the center. Apartment is very spacious. Mercadona supermarket close by. Beds are good.

The place was clean but requested non smoking suite, the place smelt like cigars/ cigarettes. noooot good at all. it could also be qieter at night. the AC wasnt working so it felt that there was no ventilation so the smell of cigars was worse.

When we arrive, we miss the entrance of car parking, i get off the car to ask staff where is the entrance,my friend drive around try to meet me up. But the staff rush me in to the appointment for check in process, my friend can't find me, circle around the city around 20mimt...

The location is very good.you can walk to most of the Attractions.

Checking in process could have been more flexible. First we got an email that asked us to confirm our booking in 24 hours and pay advance, otherwise our booking would be cancelled. This was a few days before our arrival, and I found it weird because I used my credit card for booking, so they could have charged it if we had not shown up. We confirmed our arrival and payment method as it was asked. Then the owner asked us to send our arrival time. Okay, we sent it. Then he asked us to call him on the day of arrival. We called him. Then he asked to call him 30 minutes before our arrival. We did it. I know it is inconvenient to wait for guests, but if you are letting out apartment for short periods, you have to be flexible. There was no oven in the apartment.
