Weak Wi-Fi, no air conditioner

The staff is fantastic: kind, helpful and very accommodating. The room is clean and looks nice. There a swimming pool and plenty of space to sit around.

Rooms were incredibly hot without air con and the fans didn’t do much! Our towels were changed but bed sheets were not throughout the week Also found it really hard to get a taxi around the hotel, had to walk 20 minutes to a taxi rank most nights

Air con would have made our stay perfect, or the option to rent some as the rooms get really stuffy in the heat. No room clean or towel change, not sure if they forgot about us or it’s not offered but we managed

Well located, clean and authentic. Bus stop just outside hotel. Lovely omelettes and fresh orange juice for breakfast and reasonably priced too. Nice pool area and everything required for our 4 night stay

Family friendly apartments in a nice safe area only 5 mins to the beach. The rooms are clean and what you need for a holiday. Bar food and ice cold drinks available all day.

Great Spanish family hotel, staff were amazing, friendly; spoke fluent English, Spanish and italian/german. Pool was smallush but very decent and lots of loungers and a garden and play park in the shade with many palm trees!!!!! With tables and loungers for the wee ones or to chill or eat in the shade. Really good vibe in this hotel, you know its a good hotel when local Spanish groups like the cycling club use it. We knew there was no air conditioning when we booked the apartment, however, our stay in July was so hot. It was hard to sleep or relax without the air conditioning, so I would recommend staying somewhere with air conditioning during the warmer months. The kitchen could have been better stocked, there were no basics (olive oil, salt, pepper, bowls, etc.)

The apartments were super clean, with big rooms, a nice balcony and a good bathroom. Staff were very helpful and nice. Overall it was a good stay.

I didn’t get my deposit back and I’m not sure why, but we were in a rush checking out and just had to leave our keys with reception as our taxi was outside waiting

The rooms were warmer and I missed the air conditioner, however there were fans. Also the restaurant is understaffed and if you want to have dinner plan it way earlier.

The property has every basic necessities along with the pool which is so relaxing.It is located just infront of the bus stop and is well connected to all important places in this area. The rooms are good and comfortable and supermarket is nearby.

Our room could of done with air con as we didn't have a balcony apartment so the room got quite stifling in the day. At night it was ok as there is a ceiling fan so was cool when you are laid down and still. The beds were very uncomfortable

Staff excellent and helpful. Prices for food and drink so reasonable and great quality. We ate here every morning. Beer so cheap at £2.40 a pint. The pool area immaculate, loads of beds and shaded areas. The rooms were spotless with good kitchen facilities. Great shower! Great long mirror. The location is great if you want to be on outskirts in a quieter area. Its a short taxi ride away from town centre (8-10 euros) its a long walk for 30 plus degrees heat so we got taxis most days. There is the reggae beach (Cala Pinet) a 10 minute walk away, clean and beautiful blue waters.
