We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomRoom was dirty on arrival - hairs in the bathroom and ants in the room. Room was dark and dingy on level -1 with no balcony and asked to move multiple times and told no. The room was extremely noisy and had no wifi signal. They said to put the towels on the floor if you wanted them changed but then didn’t change them on 3 days of the week so just hung the dirty towels back up. We were all inclusive however the main bar didn’t give you water included and the pool bar stopped serving AI snacks after a few days of our stay which is one of the main all inclusive attractions.

Spainthe rooms at -1 level are gloomy and smelly, we managed to get a replacement on 7th floor but facing the street and the noise from the pub downstairs was unbearable till late at night. breakfast was very cheap quality, honestly - better to eat elsewhere. Problems with shower, safe box not working, all in all nothing to recommend...

Sadly it was the only member of staff that was really helpful. When chatting with other guests we also found out we paid more than others. Way more! We will never be back.

SpainThe bathroom wasn’t clean, and we found a cockroach. The breakfast was not very good either and the dining room was in the basement. Moreover, the parking had just 7 or 8 spaces and it was very difficult to park in the area.
The room was actually nice. It is very close to the beach. The employees were very nice.
