We were given probably the worst room location in the hotel , I do understand it was only a one night booking but we were trying it with the intention of staying longer in September however we probably will not bother now as our sea view was awful !

No hot water for 5/6 nights we stayed. Reported this multiple times and it wasn't fixed. Very miserable having cold showers when paying for a nice hotel :( Would've been nice for the bar to be open past 5/6pm for pre-dinner drinks, etc. Breakfast buffet was limited after the first hour and no topping up of things. Even the basics like cereal weren't kept stocked throughout breakfast service. Quality of the fruit was quite poor. Our room could only be accessed by 2 flights of stairs which was inconvenient. Given twin beds despite asking for a double. The housekeeping team did make the beds into a double after 2 days of requesting this. The beds were only pushed together and all the bedsheets were still separate, so we fell down the gap most nights. Mattresses themselves were not comfy. Dated decor and no art/features on the walls made the room feel quite unfinished.

There is a very large selection for breakfast, everything fresh and tasty. The room is very spacious and cozy. From the balcony there is a view of the see and extraordinary sunset.

Breakfast was very poor , the let down for us that it was a little bit dated and need a bit of TLC , no parasol or lounge on the balcony had to go to the pool , we had to buy a parasol . That wouldn’t stop me from going back As the staffs really makes it !

We paid to upgrade to a Seaview room . We were given a side seaview. You could see the sea but only if you stood on the balcony and looked right.

We have stayed here several times. The location is excellent.

Room was clean and bed comfortable. Nice view on the bay and promenade. Very close to the beach and restaurants. Breakfast was testy and selection of food was amazing.

It’s getting very dated. The bathrooms could do with a revamp and there are lots of plastic plants and big lights that should be thrown away especially the plant stuck to the wash basin.

Shower head needed replacing and was too high for me to reach. Kitchen equipment a bit worn out in places. Better pillows needed. However, the negatives are small compared to the overwhelmingly positive experience overall.

Reception staff were always present and v helpful. Excellent breakfast with huge choice of dishes, including vegan and vegetarian; catering and bar staff were always attentive and efficient. The apartments are spacious and well equipped, including good sized balconies with lovely sea views. Strong WiFi and TV channels in many European languages. We come here every year.

Because of the location, the main road along the coastline connecting to other areas, is right on your doorstep. Can be a little noisy with big touringcars and/or motors driving by. If you have a rental car, parking can be a little difficult and take some time before you find a free spot.

Location of the apartment is great, right on the sea front. Interior is a little outdated and could do with some updating but for the rest functional.
