Actual inside the apartments needed an update, air conditioning, coat of paint etc

- mattress was very old and uncomfortable -room was not very clean. Looked like it was cleaned last year and closed until this year. - we asked several things to the reception (blankets because we had none, sheets for the cradle because the baby had wet the bed) and we had to go there 3 times to get the things, as housekeeping did not put them in the apartments. - kitchen did not have anything (not even a sponge for dish washing or napkins)

We had neighbors that smoked weed 24/7 and the hotel didn’t think they have the right to underbid this. We think as owners you have the right to set up rules. Also upon arrival there was quite some hair and stains in the bathroom, as well as the water didn’t went properly through the drain in the shower.

Nice view and a great size of the apartment incl a kitchen. The pool was lovely and the ladies working at the pool and bar super friendly.

Unfortunately the adults pool is only open between 10 and 5 - not sure why as I would have loved a dip later in the day when the sun died down a bit, at least up until 7PM. I was shoo 'ed away being told to go take a nap at 5 so... The place is self-catering so you need to be prepared to change your own sheets and maybe use the same towels (which were an unfortunate brown colour) for a few days in a row.

Fairly easy process to check in, also got a map of the place with an exact location of where the room was, which was nice. The place is lovely, clean and hospitable. There is a heated pool for adults with lots of loungers to soak in the sun. The kitchen had pretty much what you would need, but it may appear a bit dated and worn out, as well as the well worn sofa which could do with being replaced to be fair or at least washed/reupholstered. The lady at the bar makes fantastic cocktails and seemed to be great fun if only one can speak Spanish.

Location was up very steep hill but I was aware of that and used readily available taxis frequently. Decor was a bit dated but no problem. Second bedroom did not have a window and was dark but again this was ok as only used to sleep at nights. There was no air conditioning- we didn’t need this but may be needed when temperatures rise. Even with these comments I would still recommend very much.

Apartment was good for 4 people with comfy beds. Kitchen had all necessary equipment. The apartment was on a ground floor and only a few steps from the pool, bar and reception areas. The pool was lovely (impressed there was a life guard on duty every day) with plenty of sunbeds. The pool bar was very good for drinks or reasonably priced food. Music was very good and not too loud. Any staff we met were very pleasant and helpful. There was a nice chilled atmosphere. Would recommend.

Nice place to say and good for the price. The room smelt really nice as we walked in. Was good thag they had utensils for us to use so we could make our own food. The only thing I would ask is for there to be washing up soap to clean our dishes. Other than thag everything was great.

Beware there is a good walk to the beach and it is uphill all the way back which could be taxing in warm weather. Stayed for a week and linen and towels were not changed.

Location is excellent, easy access to the town centre, bus stop, shops,airport. Hosts are kind, helpful. Excellent place to stay!

It was pretty dirty to my standards, both outside and inside. Cleaners were washing floors outside from time to time, but it looked like they were simply spreading dirty water. Fallen leaves were left in corners, you would see napkins and other trash. Floors on the stairs stained and looked like they weren't washed in years. Cleaning inside happened every 3 days, but again quality of cleaning wasn't good. Very old furniture. We had a sofa that was falling apart and was too very dirty, we tried not to sit on it. Old kitchen. Some mold in the shower. It will depend a lot on the room. Our apartment was very dark, my parents had 2x cheaper apartment that had triple amount of windows and was more spacious.

Great atmosphere in the hotel. Stuff doesn't interfere with guests and just letting them having their time. We really liked the location: it's a blind street away from traffic of cars and people, quiet and safe. Supermarket nearby that sells everything you might need, but you can also walk 5 minutes to Dino or Mercadona. 20 minutes to beach, and a good cardio on the way back 😁 (all hotels in this area are on the hill). Hotel is nothing special, but it had everything we needed. Overall we liked the stay and would return.

The heated pool is only for adults, why can’t they have a time allocated for children in the morning 8-10am as the main pool was too cold.

Some pillows needed replacing & were uncomfortable. Main pool was very cold, the place where families were but the small adult only pool was heated, the moan pool should be heated in winter Location at top of a very steep hill & although taxis back were easily accessible, ordering a taxi from the hotel was hit & miss

Surrounding area of hotel is very nice and clean. The bar by the pool is very nice and enjoyable - plays excellent music !!! Also the lady that works in the bar so nice and helpful 👍👍👍 It is great that hotel has car park, even if it is so narrow and for extra cost.

We asked in advance about wifi as my daughter was studying, we were assured it was available and it was, with a very poor signal on the balcony and next to the adult pool (we were looking for a quiet location) For the TV we brought a hdmi cable to hook up to the computer - but NO WIFI IN THE APARTMENT AT ALL, so this was not able to be a study tool. Also note no English channels on the TV. When we arrived the receptionist tried to tell us the wifi had been damaged in a storm recently, however it was according to reviews we read an ongoing problem. So in short the one thing we needed and were relying on we did not get! Water - for the shower, the boiler is so small we couldn't get 2 hot showers. No voen microwave and hob only. No aircon for this time of the year is ok but would hate to be there is high season. There is an adult only space and pool its nice and quiet, the pool is not cold so we could swim. I gather the children's pool was cold and parents brought them to the adult pool, which as I say was small and had no life guard so young children running by an adult pool was not only dangerous but irresponsible and yes noisy in an otherwise quiet space where the average age was circa 60-70 years

Welcoming reception staff who spoke English and were prepared for our arrival. Cleanliness of the property was excellent its old style apartments spacious and the view we had out to sea was super. The gardens are lovely and well kept ongoing maintenance was in place but not a problem. Anyone with walking issues think twice there are steep hills around and a lot the pavements were slippery (new plastic tiles on the paths) Everyone had a smile. Local supermarket just across the street and shopping mall with good restaurants and shops 10 minute walk - be careful of your step! Cost of living was good we ate in and out at restaurants and really enjoyed both, my favorite was dinner on the balcony looking out to sea
