PolandI loved the area: guiet, clean, close to all local amenities and only two minutes walk from Fontana station. The reception ladies were very kind and professional. Also, the bed was big and comfy and the kitchenet very useful. The breakfasts were tasty (they offer a glass of fresh juice every day) but they are not buffet style. Anyway - I will be happy to reccommend this place and come back one day:-)))

UkraineEverything was perfect! Wery comfortable room with good bath, equiped kitchen, big and soft bad. We were gave tea, coffee, sugar, olive oil. Cleaning is free if needed. Location - 30 min walking to Sagrada, the same to park Guel. Metro and several bus stops near the hotel. Supermarket is also near. I will come only to this hotel, when I will be in Barcelona again

United KingdomAircon didn't really work as room was quite warm, yes even in January Little noisy in the mornings as could hear other guests but am a light sleeper so could just be that.
The property was easy to find and only 5 mins walk to the metro L3. It was clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly. I would return here and would recommend Kitchenette was adequate to cook a breakfast and the coffee pot was well used and very welcome. A small supermarket 2 min walk away and a Gaudi building very close too.

Helpful information on their website re location and how to get there, suggestions of where to walk/visit, courteous pre-arrival messages. Excellent location (Fontana Metro station on L3 Green line is two blocks away). Gracia neighbourhood has all needed amenities and is walkable to “downtown” and many sights. Building feels secure, with 24-hr staff at Reception and guests leaving room keys at the desk when going out. Hotel lobby is attractive (piano, books about the region, honesty bar for coffee/wine/whisky, water machine). Pleasant staff - this is a significant attraction of staying here. Comfortable bed, good reading lights above bed, aromatherapy body product dispensers and clothesline in bathroom. Openable windows and electric shades. WiFi is quite good. TV includes some English-language channels. Bonus: electric foot-massager, which I appreciated after a long day of walking. Note: room cleaning/servicing is available on request the night before (I chose none, preferring to treat the room as an apartment rather than a hotel.)

The location is very good, there is a supermarket nearby. There is a market on weekends. The subway is not far either. It is very convenient to go to other places in the airport. The shower in the bathroom has plenty of hot water. The room also provides a foot massage machine for our use.

Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. They supplied us with directions to the hotel via the metro from the train station. Location is great, close to the metro line, able to get around the city via metro. Area is safe with grocery stores close by also a laundromat within a 4 minute walk.

NetherlandsWe were assigned a room with windows facing the interior courtyard, which unfortunately lacked proper ventilation and natural light. As a result, I had to rely on the air conditioner for the duration of my stay, and at times, it struggled to maintain a consistently comfortable temperature. While I understand that Barcelona is known for its sunny and seaside climate, in the middle of October, the room felt a bit chilly, and I would have appreciated having an extra blanket instead of sheets. I'd also like to offer a minor suggestion: it would be beneficial to have more space for drying towels. The clothesline provided in the room was somewhat limited, making it a bit challenging for me to efficiently dry my towels.
I had a fantastic 10-day stay in Barcelona. The location was truly outstanding, as it was very close to the city center. The Sagrada Familia was just a short walk away, and for those who prefer not to walk too much, there's a subway station conveniently located near the hotel. In addition, there were plenty of grocery stores, cafes, and restaurants in the vicinity. The room was spacious enough for two people, and although I didn't make use of the kitchen all the time, it's worth mentioning that guests have the option to prepare their meals rather than dining out every day. Breakfasts were also available every day.

United KingdomOn my return visit, I was expecting to be allocated a better room instead of being allocated the small rooms on the first floor. The ones on the floors above (like the 7th floor) are much bigger in size, and have baths and bigger walk in showers. Wash basins in the bathrooms are not friendly to wet shavers - far too shallow - so the hotel chose design over practicability. I also didn't like that the hotel closed the access to the garden on the first floor at 8pm. No one can access it without going through reception, so why close it at 8pm? Hoping that they can change the rules on this!
Nice small hotel which is spotlessly clean, lovely reception staff and 3 minute's walk away from the 'Fontana' Barcelona metro stop. Also near to a couple of supermarkets and a great coffee shop called Cafe Luna. I really liked that they had a kitchenette with a hob and provided washing up accessories. I particularly liked the fridge where I would keep drinks and food cold.

Hong Kong> the hotel email me that I can request slippers, but they don't have it actually, I could request toothbrush and shower cup successfully > my booking was 2 single bed but they were stick together, so the 2 beds actually a one large bed > washing dishes are NOT included in cleaning service > the sound from next room could be hear VERY clear, like talking, using bathroom, cooking > the curtain is really thin, little bit see through, too bright after sunrise > the bed too soft for me, my back so tired after slept 7 nights > pillow also too thin which is uncomfortable for me
