The only downside was there was a bit of a walk to the bus stop. And there is a bus or train from the airport but they're a bit far away to be useful if you have luggage or are not fit. So I'd suggest a taxi to and from airport. Its not cheap but makes life easier.

The aparthotel was clean, fairly spacious and had a fridge and microwave. The staff were more than helpful and accommodating. The 2 reception staff were absolutely exceptional. Kind friendly helpful. The beach was clean and beautiful and I was blessed with fantastic weather. The main strip by the beach had plenty of food options. I utilised the bike rental to get some fruit and veg and bread farther into the neighbourhood. I'd gotten a great deal. I'll definitely be back

The room was not the one we were expecting to have, from the photos. It was a room in the behind of the restaurant, with no view, very few light, with ants in the room (!!!), with a lot of noise - airplanes flying just over the room, very close, at every 3 minutes, with some noise from the restaurant, too, at the hours of the evenings.

Good bed, well equipped bathroom, close to the bus station (L95 and L94 to Placa de Catalunya and not too far from line L77 that links directly with the airport - attention! - these lines belong to the transportation company Avanza, they do not accept Hola card, they are a bit expensive for what they offer - 2,55 Eur for a ride) and close to the beach.

Rooms are not insulated from outside noise and you might want to keep your window open for the heat.

The location is excellent, just in from of the sea and beautiful beach. The apartment facing the sea view was very nice, clean, and spacious, had a beautiful view, and big balcony facing the sea. The thing I did not like was a bit of a cigarette smell, probably somebody has been smoking before. Everything else was very nice, especially I liked the staff, that was very attentive and helpful, the restaurant atmosphere, and the thing that the hotel is not very big.

Would have preferred an apartment but our first booking with another hotel was cancelled in order for them to re advertise and up the cost.

Very good, especially as they accommodated us for half price. On offer as car parking facilities were closed and we weren’t having evening meals there.

The room had a bit of a smell when we first walked in, but that was fixed later. Also, travel to Barcelona city centre was not so easy, be careful because Hola Barcelona card is not valid for the busses which come here in about 50 mins. However, Castelldefels station is also an option.

Beautiful place right next to the long sandy beach. The restaurant was also a big plus, we went twice and were very satisfied. We were told that there were construction works going on, but we barely noticed, all was very peaceful. The beach promenade is great for walking and sports. Reception staff were very kind and helpful and daily cleaning was also at a high standard. I can only recommend.

Could put an electric kettle and a cup in the room. The room I had was called an apartment but had nothing but a fridge for self catering.

Friendly helpful staff. Quiet and clean room. I needed to catch up on sleep after an overnight flight so I booked two nights as I was arriving at 3:00 a.m. & needed to go straight to bed. Excellent breakfast. Would have liked to have tried dinner at the restaurant but it was closed the night I was there.

Not a lot. My only negative comment would be, there was no dressing mirror in room (only in bathroom) In my opinion, one above the desk would be a good idea, or on the wall next to wardrobe.

Everything! My room was lovely. Bed super big and very comfortable. I also had a good sized fridge and microwave. I was in an apartment, not in the actual hotel). Everywhere super clean, which is very important to me! Next to the beach 👌 Easy bus routes. Staff amazing, very friendly and always helpful. A big shout out to Maria in the bar/breakfast area. Breakfast was delicious. Everyone so lovely and welcoming. Keep Maria please! My first time travelling solo, since the loss of my husband, he always loved Casteldefels as a child born in Barcelona. I will definitely return to this hotel. I recommend.
