All inclusive was not great. Poor drinks and low quality food in the snack bar. Main buffets weren't too bad. For an adults only we expected to have better choices in the snack bar instead of things like chicken nuggets, hot dogs and onion rings.things like pizza were not included in the all inclusive.

Walls were very thin between adjoining apartments and could hear conversations. No privacy on the balcony, overlooked by neighbours. Limited kitchen utensils. No shade (umbrella) on balcony. Although pool suitable for us , not suitable for those with a young family as no shallow end. Not enough sunbeds round the pool.

Spacious balcony with an amazing sea view. Apartment in a great location. Cleaners attended daily to clean along with providing fresh sheets and towels if needed. Hotel staff very helpful.

I reported an issue with the chairs on the balcony and the fact someone had been into the room and changed the original ones to filthy uncomfortable ones. No response so cleaned and used them ourselves

everything was just fine. only thing bad wass in one room bathroom smelled really weird, but after flushing few times, everything was good.

great pool. you have full access to all hotel facilities, friendly receptionists, cleaning lady was friendly aswell. everything was rly rly fine. would recommend 9/10

Mattresses a bit outdated, not very comfortable. And the noise: you can hear everything from your neighbours so bring your earplugs if you are a light sleeper!

Great location with amazing views from all the balconies. Very clean and furnished with everything you need. Very good value for the cost of the room.

We could check in 15 minutes later after 2PM because “they had to check to room if it’s cleaned”… guess what, I think they’ve cleaned the apartment in those minutes, because it wasn’t clean. There was a big mildew in the bedroom and the air conditioner’s water from the upper apartment flowed to the center of our terrace. They left only 3 chairs for 4 people outside on the terrace and we didn’t have a drying rack. They have charged us with tourist tax even if the price on Booking’s page said that every taxes and fees are included in the price. The parking is 5 EUR/day. I’m really sorry and usually I don’t leave any kind of negative comments but for this money this is not a good choice.

The smell of the apartment when we got in was so horrible. I got in and literally gagged. I had to run out in the balcony to not tear up. I got used to it but I don’t wanna know what that smell was.

We were looking for a cheap hotel in Magaluf but because everything was expensive we decided to book this one. It’s really good for the money and I do recommend it, it’s just that the employee in the reception was really rude and impatient. It was 8 of us and we had to all give our id’s which is not really common, but it was no problem. There were some issues with the id’s and she was being really rude about them, instead of just talking to us in a nice way and try to solve them. The apartments were pretty good with an AMAZING view of the sea.

Poorly thought through development , hopeless entrance and access , shabby internal setup , rude cleaning staff, hopeless support from main desk in hotel. Extremely over priced. It looks like an addendum to the hotel and does not complement the main hotel in any way.

AC didn’t work in room, bathroom shower glass did not stay put. walls were so thin it was as if they were not there. could hear word, footstep, or bathroom trip in the hallway and the rest of the unit.

Our apartment had not been cleaned, the balcony (which was terrific) was covered in red sand and and the table was SO dirty it was orange when we got there and after WE cleaned it turned out to be white. We didn't have a broom so it was impossible for us to clean the floor. The air conditioning wasn't working. Speaking of cleaning ladies, I left my phone charger in my apartment and when I came home I found out it was broken. Someone ripped it off the socket with some sort of anger or rage? and left me in a foreign country with no phone charger. Did not bother to tell us and pretended nothing happened. When I talked to the staff about this they did not offer any solution, not even apologized. I am still so pissed, I wasn't expecting them to buy me another one, but at least a little bit of support SINCE IT WAS THEIR FAULT.

The structure was okay, the view on the sea was really breathtaking, the pool and the bar near it were really nice.
