It would have been nice if a robe would have been included to go with the slippers.

The hotel was beautiful! It was really nicely finished and our room was lovely. We liked that it had a small kitchen and full-sized couch. We had a great view over the square behind the building and enjoyed people-watching. The location was excellent and staff were very helpful. We did not use the pool because it was too cold, however, the upper deck looked really nice.

There was nothing significant I didn’t like

The gym was great small but all I needed and I loved having a sauna! I had a family room to myself and it was fabulous. The bed is king for US people even if they describe as full at least in this room 35. Complimentary nespresso. Cocktail pool rooftop clean and nice respite after a day of touring

The tables and chairs are good for eating at but are not a comfortable level if you need to do a lot of laptop work. There is a bit of noise from the street at times but I enjoyed hearing lots of laughter from the great bars in the piazza.

Clean stylish facilities, great staff and location. It was great in winter it would be amazing in summer!

The rooms facing the square can be a bit noisy, particularly at night when crowds gather.

Excellent location in the heart of the historic Gothic Quarter, a short walk to the Barcelona Cathedral, the beach, and Born. The restored property is beautiful.

The swimming pool wasn't heated, so we couldn't use it. I completely understand why it isn't heated, but it would have been good to know before we travelled as I love an early morning swim and was a bit disappointed that I couldn't have a few mornings of quiet exercise before hiking around town.

A beautiful hotel in a great location. The staff really made us feel very welcome and went above and beyond to make our stay special. The room was perfect and the service was exceptional.

For the price we were paying the amenities, like toiletries, could have been better.

The location was incredible, super walkable and accessible and close to restaurants/bars/galleries. The room was very large and clean as well.

We stayed here with our 5 and 6 year old daughters and our stay went really well. The hotel is within walking distance to everything, and our balcony had a nice view of the neighboring streets and shops, yet was surprisingly quiet at night. A special shout-out to Christian at the front desk, who went out of his way to give our daughters a couple pieces of candy on Halloween for "trick or treat". What a nice touch that our girls will always remember. We would definitely stay here again.

Our bed was not the most comfortable or stable although our friends in a different room did have a good bed. The city location may not suit everyone as the rear facing rooms (over courtyard) had more noise than others.

The room was immaculately clean and we loved the kitchenette area. The location was brilliant with everything within walking distance. Security was perfect as you had to scan the keycard to get into the hotel (not just the room). Definitely a great place to stay.
