Check out time is 11am, yet check in time is 4pm - it does not take 5 hours to clean an apartment. By checking in at 4pm, half the day is gone and although there is an option to store luggage at their office, it’s not ideal managing so much luggage with children via small lifts etc. This really needs to be improved for future visitors.

Location was fantastic - walking distance to many coffee shops, restaurants, shops and museums.

Iron's copper wire was exposed to easily get electrocuted, it was very dangerous. Also iron board was not stable as it was falling down with little push while using it.

Rooms were good size, with clean bed and toilet. Kitchen was also good, provided with all required stuff. This property was in the city center with access to Metro. Staff was really great and very helpful. Overall it was good experience.

Please fix your system of check in . We had to wait for 1,5 hours to get inside apartment, cause the automatic check in didn’t work. We got our compensation for it - late check out. But I 100% would prefer to pay for it instead of waiting in the evening with 2 kids in the entrance hall to finally get the keys. The manager was very polite and sorry for it, but I wish we were not in that situation. And the bunk bed- if you can attach a bit higher fence that would be better. Otherwise apartment is really good.

Amazing apartment for it’s value. Has everything you need inside. Even an a/c and apartment gets heated pretty quickly. Good location i would say even rather quiet. And has an amazing balcony-terrace☺️

Superb location!!! We loved this place. It comfortably fit our group of four. A unique experience right in the heart of barcalona. We wish the rooftop patio was open!

The few steps leading up to the lift was a little challenge for us as we had big suitcases, however the air conditioning and the view of the apartment at the end of the challenge paid it off in the end.

We like the deco and simplicity of the place, especially the enclosed balcony is unique and v ideal for quiet time and also a good place to watch the people on the street go by. We appreciate the staff at the admin office for letting us keep our luggages for a few hours after our check out.

Inaccurate description - there was no room with twin beds - there was only one single bed, so the sofa bed had to be used, leaving us with no sofa for day to day use, which is unacceptable and misleading. Despite many comments that the top bunk bed was unsafe and there is no railing, nothing has been done about it.

Very clean, well equipped with kitchen equipment and hand soap, coffee pods, nice big towels. Air conditioning was great.

Main entrance door hinges very loud squeaking noise you could hear in our apartment on first floor every time someone came in / out. Just oil them a bit please!

Location excellent near Arc de Triomf and short walk to Gothic Quarter. Very clean and well presented. Easy registration system on arrival.

The check in system was awful and also duplicating the cards was awful, it never worked and we were locked out and had to wait 45 minutes for someone to come out.

It is a fantastic little apartment within walking distance of all the sights and shopping strips. The apartment is clean and quiet with plenty of space for a family of 4 adults. Situated on a beautiful street, the apartment sits above some great cafes and we were spoiled for choice on where to get our morning coffee and croissants. The beds are all comfy and the pillows were actually firm which was a bonus after 26 hours of travelling to get there. There are 4 or 5 supermarkets within a 5-minute walk. Public transport is close by but we hardly used it as it was easy to walk to all the major sights. The washing machine door wouldn't close so I sent an email to the host - within 2 hours it was fixed!

The drain in one is the showers was clogged so water drained very slowly. The other shower was a bit old. Both could be improved but still not bad

Since we arrived early, the office allowed us to leave our luggage in their office. They were very helpful. The location is in a quiet area. There is a good restaurant just beside the apartment. The apartment is large enough and rooms are spacious.

In December, a little bit cold. Air conditioner helps a little, but it’s a little bit odd to use it during the night.

Our unit was a little small (not quite like in the pics). A bit overpriced.

It was a fully equipped apartment with all facilities. Comfortable and in a very good location. Check in and out was very easy as instructions are clear.
