Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

the hard bunk bed the glass bathroom door.
we have a 4 people room very large, 2 beds and 2 bunks bed. The space is enough for 4 single beds, the bunks bed are very hard to sleep in. the bathroom its ok unless you dislike the glass door that doesnt provide enough privacy

I would have liked access to the swimming pool. I understand that it is normal for outdoor pools in Spain to only open between late May to September and i also accept that water shortages have to be considered. However, the temperatures in Spain (like everywhere) are climbing due to climate change. The hot weather is definitely becoming prevalent much earlier in the year and for longer. It is time this is reflected in the pool openings. Also, if not the actual pool itself please consider opening a little outdoor seating area to enjoy the sunshine in your private hotel grounds. I would have loved to sit and enjoy the sunshine today for the few hours i had before my flight.
The beautiful rooms and cleanliness. The unique rooms you offer such as the newsroom, the Wii room, the bizzroom and the gym. Something for everyone and a lot of thought has gone into designing the hotel to cater for different needs and modern life.

The restaurant was not so great for dinner. The last two times the meals were excellent - this time really not. This may be because there was a large group of tourists. The service, however, was excellent.
This is the third time we have stayed at Axor on our trip from Madrid to the US. We will stay there again next year. Excellent service, room is very clean, the shuttle is quick - great place.

Not there long enough to answer
Arrived around 8:00 pm . No one waiting to check in . Shuttle easy access next day for plane at 4:00pm . Did not explore neighborhood or eat anything. Needed sleep and shower in clean place .

Our accomodation /room was spacious for 3 persons, very clean. Refrigerator was not working but it really doesn't matter bec. we stayed overnight only. I was told by the hotel rep that aircon works on summer only It seems only fan is ON centrally. We open the window & it was fine. Breakfast was delicious. It seems fan only

Although the rooms are clean, and all the basics are there, it has a somewhat utilitarian or cold feeling. Partly because there are no rugs in the room, only bare wood/plank floors, but these are probably easier to keep clean. ( And would be a benefit for those who experience allergies from carpets and dust.)
Nice breakfast with many choices and a good self-serve coffee machine. Staff at front desk was polite and pleasant

There was no air conditioning available in the evening and our room was so hot when we arrived. We slept with open windows. It is remote from the city but very convenient to the airport, and the location was described perfectly. It just took some effort to get into the city proper.
I love the family room concept. The mattresses were so comfortable. Breakfast was good.

This location was perfect for us. We were able to drop off our luggage, drive to the airport in our rental car, and then take a shuttle bus back to the hotel, work out in the gym, and have dinner before bed. We had a super early flight so the hotel had a shuttle bus pick us up at 3:30 in the morning for a very convenient ride to the airport. So very convenient, clean, and the restaurant was really great!

Breakfast should be included in all stays as it is overpriced for what you get.
Beds are very comfortable, airport shuttle is efficient, big mall within 5 minutes walk for all your shopping needs. This hotel is easy to stay at on a layover.
