Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

It's a long way from town centre which I knew, but there is no bar, after a fair hard 650 km day in the saddle (Moto) I was looking forward to a cold beer Shopping centre next door, Merchadona just around the corner

The mattress wasn't ideal, we woke each other up with every movement.
Ideal location for a quick over night stop during a long journey. Both members of staff that we encountered were very friendly, the room was clean and the bathroom offered the essentials like soap and shower gel and a hair dryer. We appreciated the 24 hour free coffee, hot chocolate and hot water dispenser.

Way too far out of central Girona / you need a car. Not really a tourism hotel. Location next to shopping mall. Limited taxi options.

The room was WAY too hot - probably the hottest and therefore the most uncomfortable hotel room I’ve ever been in, which is a shame because it ruined our stay. The air con blasted out hot air when we switched it on. We had to sleep with the window open and since the hotel is next to a main motorway there was absolutely no chance of any sleep at all. We left exhausted. We spoke to the receptionist in the morning who was very aware of the problem since there had been other complaints and said that the heating was switched on and there was nothing they could do to alter the temperature in the rooms.
Lovely staff. The hotel is as easy to find, just off the AP7 motorway so great as an overnight stopover. The room was clean, there were tea/coffee facilities downstairs which was ok. Parking was easy. The hotel is next to a shopping mall which isn’t great if you’re travelling with dogs, so we dropped our bags off and went into Girona Old a town which is just beautiful.

The rooms are minimally equipped, lacking amenities such as glasses (paper cups could be obtained from the downstairs restaurant). The bathroom was somewhat worn out.
The hotel, located right by the highway in an area with a shopping center and plenty of shops, was surprisingly peaceful at night. The parking, right next to the hotel and secured, provided convenience and security. Our spacious room was easily accessible with a pet. The breakfast offered was excellent

more parking for disabled people and I did ask for a room on ground floor close to lift, our room was at the furthest end of the corridor. I have walking difficulties and found it painful to walk that distance

Big and very clean room, good breakfast, very helpful staf that is around and available at all times. Good location, very close to the highway and access in all directions. It’s right next to a big shopping center, plenty of options for eating or buying stuff. Own parking, free and with video survaillance. Will book again whenever I will return to the area.

The sink was missing a plug
Great location for an over night stay - staff were very helpful. Bed was comfortable and room clean. Free coffee was a nice touch. Parking was fine as the hotel had its own spaces and there were plenty in the public car park next to it.
