Only one small annoyance was that we were fairly sure we had booked to include breakfast but this was somehow not the case and we had to pay extra, which we were happy to do but it was unclear when we booked.

The room was spacious and the bed was huge and really comfortable. There was shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom along with a few other bits such as cotton wool/buds, spare toothbrush and paste, shower hat etc. And the room was very clean. The breakfast was really good with everything you could want and the waiting staff were great. The buffet was constantly being refreshed.

Nothing much to be honest. If I have to be annoyingly picky and say something then the bathroom sink could be better. Water kept clogging and was slow to drain. Let me emphasise again that I am being picky here.

Impressive view from the higher floor. Localization within a range of walk to the metro station and congress centre. Excellent breakfast. Rather basic interior design, satisfactory tidiness.

Pool was out of service, but we knew that before we came, and it is out of season. Area being refurbished. Does look good.

Great 24 hr reception with snacks for purchase. Hotel looked clean and well put together. Staff were Great. Bedrooms good size and very comfortable.

The kitchen starts working at 10 am in the morning so if you want to order room service or eat early in the hotel, it’s not possible

The hotel is super clean, modern and with great rooms and staff. Me and my husband chose it for our honeymoon and my birthday and the staff gave us a complimentary upgrade plus delivered champagne and strawberries to our room. Everyone was extremely welcoming, the view of the sea was breathtaking and the room was wide and clean

Bottled water is only provided for the first night. I had to purchase for the rest of the week :( Door to the pool was locked - was it due to winter? My room was not ready when I arrived, despite me requesting for early check-in. Requested for queen bed, but I was given twin bed placed side-by-side; it defeats the purpose!

The windows are high , so I couldn’t see the sea unless i stand up to the window. Sea view if you standup not if you sit down on chair or bed when you wake up.

Staff were really pleasant and helpful. Room was well appointed with everything we needed and it was comfortable and clean. We did not use the bar, restaurant, pool or gym at any point so cannot comment further. Would use again and recommend

Bad wifi . They gave me small room. I booked 27 m they gave me 17 m. It's bad. Not honest. Window should be more regulated for microventilation. But in general good hotel. But you should be more honest on booking.com

It would have been great to have a Smart TV in the room to watch Netflix/YouTube as we don't speak Spanish so couldn't really make much use of the TV.

The location is excellent and the hotel is very comfortable and just lovely. The beds are very comfortable and the food at breakfast is very fresh and there is a great selection. The hotel staff are very helpful also and the tea in reception is a nice touch. Gym and sauna facilities are lovely also

I wish they supplied more free water. We had two small bottles and once it finished we had to buy our own from the vending machine. The breakfast wasn’t GREAT! Especially as I’m quite picky.

The stay was AMAZING! It was my hubby’s 30th birthday and they helped me with balloons and rose petals to decorate when we arrived. The communication was great! The hotel was stunning and they even surprised him with a little cake and candles. The room was very clean and the view was lovely as I chose a sea front room. The bed was very comfortable too!
