Tepid food but lots of choice.

I didn’t like the noise from the staff’s cleaning trolleys. It sounds ridiculous but the cobbles don’t help with the wheels and because of the cleaning routine they are loud, it’s early in the morning for a party destination. The staff were nice but they don’t take no for an answer! They do not read / care for the signs on the door and just walk in anyway…

This is a quiet location with little to do outside the hotel. Food was served a little on the cold side for my liking but there was a microwave to heat it up so wasn't a big issue

Came at the end of the season so the hotel was quiet which suited us. Enjoyed a range of activities provided. Range of food offered was substantial and of a good standard. Even our fussy eating teenage daughter found food to be excited about.

The food was very good, however, after a few days it became a little monotonous. It would have been nice to have a little more choice and variety.

The only downfall is the location as you need to get a taxi or bus everywhere.. there is 2/3 little shops across the road but that is it

My room smelt so musty I had to buy air freshener it stank! Food was average. First night I had under cooked prawns so be wary!

friend found ants in her room and the area was very quiet overall.

the hotel staff were amazing, went above and beyond with wide variety of classes for adults and kids. honestly couldnt fault the food, great variety and choice everyday, loved it. rooms were modern, if i was being picky bit of a rough finish in parts like paint all over back of doors etc but apart from that cant complain, kept clean and aircon with good views of the sports bar.

You had to pay extra for a safe, an iron a towel etc. It made it all feel a bit cheap.

I hated having to have my wine in plastic glasses in the evening with dinner. I thought breakfast was too late especially since I couldn’t get a cup of tea in my room. I didn’t like the proximity of other guests when sunbathing. I’m not a fan of music being played either. Food wasn’t replenished quickly enough at peak times. That needs to be really monitored. I would have liked the water in our room replenished daily.

I liked the staff. Super friendly and helpful. The main pool was excellent in terms of temperature. The desserts at dinner were the best I’ve ever had abroad and I’ve stayed in Sandals and other ‘high end’ hotels/locations. Reception was bright and airy and clean. I liked being able to help myself to drinks during the day but would have liked the snack bar to have been a little more varied. Oscar and Irene on front desk were excellent!!!!

Slightly undercooked food. Bacon and pork a bit pale. No tea making facilities in the room. Very crowded pool area. Dreadful view from balcony

Staff was excellent. I thought the food in the main was good and there was a massive choice. Surprisingly the desserts were really good. The bed was very comfortable and it was easy to get anything you needed. They closed everything down at 11 so there was very little noise disturbance. Overall I think it’s a good hotel for families and older people. I think they should make one pool adult’s only.

It's a bit too far from the action so a taxi is needed to head into town or where the night life is. Taxis seem ro be hard to come across where the hotel is too.

Parking is an issue. Cleanliness is a problem. We stayed for 10 days, and some days, we could tell that only the bed was made (no basic cleaning at all). I believe that there is a lack of cleaning staff and they are doing their best.The room needs a good refurbishment (it is quite run down). The food in the snack is always the same (not great), and the cocktails are, I am sorry to say, horrible (but the beer is good).

Good location for us as it is a little for from the party scene. The food in the main restaurant was OK, quite repetitive, but it was fine. Good coffee machines. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
