Parking not free, but you can park outside for free. I've got ants everyday (a lot), only reaction of the staff is to spray something, but the came back just after, even no excuse for the disagreement (I have a baby).

Beautiful 5* hotel in front of the beach with all facilities, even a bowling and 5 swimming pools. Kids friendly and many activities organised. Great breakfast, comfy bedroom. Good staff at the restaurant and for cleaning. beautiful garden.

Waited 45min for my drinks at the pool.

Amazing breakfast buffet with a “vital corner” offering delicious Smoothies and Overnight mueslis. Staff was extremely friendly. Everything very clean. Rented an e-bike and charged my electric car in the garage everything working properly. Nice, cozy spacious rooms. Great pool area.

The staff's limited English proficiency adds a touch of local charm, although it can occasionally pose some challenges for convenience.

The hotel was fantastic, boasting a beautifully maintained garden complete with artificial ponds and waterfalls that are home to turtles and fish—a delightful attraction for kids. The breakfast offerings were satisfying as well. While we did experience nightly visits from a parade of ants, it actually turned into a morning adventure for our two-year-old daughter, so it didn't bother us much. :)

Indoor pool is so shallow it is unusable. Service in the Prado del Rey bar was poor. The single barman was trying to serve about 40 customers and so considerable delays resulted. Looks like a management problem trying to run a 5 star hotel on minimal staffing.

Room was comfortable and breakfast was good with an excellent selection of food. Pool areas were pleasant.

Dinner could be better. Lot of stairs to the beach, so it was difficult to push the baby stroller

We really liked the garden with the exotic plants and the pools and the fact that there were small amount of people in September. Staff was also super friendly, however not everyone speaks English. Room was cosy. Breakfast was great, dinner was okay.

The slide to the swimming pool was never working, long wait for a decent table at breakfast and the jacuzzi was not hot.

Buffet had great food, the beach is lovely and the rooms are nice.

Brasserie Lumiere is very limited in menu choice Hotel lacks athmosphere at night Needs a nice bar ...existing, are old and not appealing...! Hotel in August is 100% spanish and almost exclusive for families and Spanish families have an army of kids...!!

The food and the lack of shows and entertainment! In the previous stay there were shows, dancing with horses, very interesting, but this time there was none of this!

For a luxurious resort things were not up to the level expected. Swimming pools opened very late one day and the restaurant offer is limited.
