The food was varied but in some places it could have been warmer due to the heaters not keeping the food hot just warm.

The hotel was lovely, the room was spacious and the bed comfortable. The pool and area was clean and well maintained. The food was varied and plentiful.

The very big issue is that there is only one person making the eggs of your choice for the hotel guests (approx. 100 guests or more each breakfast) and you have to wait in queue for long time to get your eggs done. Also the staff is not speaking English or very bad English.

We enjoyed the stay at our hotel, very nice and spacious room, nice area of the hotel, reasonable price comparing to other hotels in Marbella, good choices of food for breakfast, nice gym and swimming pool area.

Thought for price there could have been water left during stay in room. My coffee satchets werent replenished.

The quietness the friendly staff. The cleanliness of pool area. Location was great. As a solo traveller breakfast was excellent and being able to get more than bar snacks for an evening meal was fantastic. I will definitely be back.

The pool didn't open until 11.30am and you couldn't get towels for the beds for a further 20 mins after that!. The bar didn't open until midday! Often the lounge on the 4th floor didn't have food and/or had run out of water. The location wasn't very good, we had to get taxi's everywhere.

Rooms with lounge access on the 4th floor were lovely. Very spacious. Pool area was very clean and the breakfast and pool side lunch bar food was very nice. The staff were great, particularly reception. The hotel was very clean.

Although breakfast was good we didn't enjoy the evening buffet we found the food very bland and salad looked and tasted as though it had been left for several hours and did not eat there again

View from our room was a telephone post...

While we very much enjoyed our stay, at the weekend, when the hotel was much busier the standard of the breakfast went down considerably. Some food wasn’t properly cooked, a lot ran out and wasn’t replaced (until I asked) even though there was still half an hour or more left of the restaurant breakfast time being open. even basic things like bread and margarine ran out! Also there was nothing happening in the hotel in the evenings. It would have been nice to have something, even just a bar with a little bit of life but it was very quiet.

Had a mix up on arrival. Was given a room without balcony. Gave us another room we opened door to find a gentleman and lady cleaning their teeth very embarrassing to say the least. We were given a room that was first booked so didn't get upgrade.

Reception staff very off-hand when I asked for an extra sachet of coffee (there was only one in the room and two of us). Apparently its not their responsibility to ensure sufficient supplies and were reluctant to contact the house-keeping staff to bring more.

Good room. Big bed. Great view from the balcony. Fantastic breakfast offering.
