Good sized apartment in an excellent area with all the amenities you could need. Staff were helpful and friendly.

The apartment was clean and pretty big with 2 bathrooms and 4 sleeping rooms and 2 sofa. I think even for 10 people will be fine. The position is also good close to the restaurants and shops

Spacious and comfortable apartment. Office is located in the same building so could drop off bags before check in. Very helpful staff. Great location.

No obvious air conditioning or fans which wasn’t a problem for us in April but suspect you would need something to keep things cool in the height of summer.

A little off the main tourist drag, set on a street with more local shops, cafes & bars, it gave us a better feel for the real Barcelona. The cafe at 180 Paris was fantastic, fabulous breakfast & wonderful coffee which transformed into a cozy bar for locals in the evening. A 7/8 minute walk from the metro and with no difficulty getting taxis, it was a great location to spend a few days in the city.

Nothing, everything was great.

The apartment was exactly as described. Very clean, good firm beds, well stocked kitchen. We loved the location, many nearby metro and bus stops, easy to get everywhere. Large grocery store nearby (Mercadona). We had a great time exploring the city and the neighborhood. Very good communication with the hosts, they responded quickly to all our questions.

Staff were really helpful. Helping us access the apartment (I had not read the email properly!) and looking after our cases on the last day and calling us a taxi - even making sure it turned up on time. The apartment also felt very secure, and the beds were amazingly comfy.

It was in a beautiful spot 10-15 minutes from anywhere. A cafe next door was wonderful and the site from the back or front made you feel at home. The bedrooms and space was more than adequate for a family of 5.

Some noise from other apartments, but usually quiet after 10pm as per the building rules.

Could do with a couple more bits in the kitchen like chopping boards and a small oven, travelling with family to want to keep costs down by being able to cook.

Noisy road at night with a lot of revellers right into the wee hours.

Spacious apartment with comfortable seating and good bedrooms. Good kitchen and a nice patio deck with table and chairs for dining outside.

NOISE FROM OTHER APARTMENT GUEST IN THE WEE HOURS OF THE MORNING. SLEPT LATE AND WAS AWAKEN EARLY AM 3AM TO 4AM BY GUEST ARRIVING FROM THEIR NIGHT OUT. LOUD VOICES AND LAUGTHERS NOT TO MENTION NOISY ELEVATOR TRAFFIC FROM THESE INCONSIDERATE GUESTS.

Not the property owner’s fault, some people outside in the bar were very loud after midnight.

Spacious three bedroom apartment, plenty of room for family to spread out. Location is in a nice residential neighborhood with plenty of café’s restaurant within walking distance

The online registration and payment of the deposit were a bit cumbersome. It would be easier to provide documents and credit cards at check-in given that the office is at the ground floor. Also, there were a few weird noises in the morning, and it felt like the walls were made of paper. Nothing loud, and it was during daytime, but well...you could hear music coming from the bathroom vent

The apartment is a nice building in a cool area of the city, not too touristy. The flat is very spacious, with 4 rooms, 2 baths and a decent living room. The office of the managers is just at the ground floor. It is a great option for large families, groups of families and groups of friends.
