The only drawback which did not really bother us is that the rooms are a little outdated but all other positives counterbalanced this.

Large rooms ideal for families. They are also equipped with a kitchen which is an extra bonus. The rooms are clean, the staff is very polite and helpful.

Only one bedside table. Poor show for twin beds. Rooms have no soft furnishings so very noisy from early morning as you can hear rooms above below moving chairs, beds/housekeeping etc. rooms a bit tired and basic. you can open window thankfully and I would imagine in the peak of summer you will be glad of cooling, dark rooms.

Clean and functional. Staff lovely, especially lady in reception who helped us navigate the tractor blockade of Madrid. We were relatively unaffected but her tips and advice on where to avoid were very accurate. Liked kettle/tea, mini bar very expensive. Close to the airport and pleasant cafes nearby. Uber and taxi plentiful and cheap. Very clean city.

For a 4 star Hotel I expected better - but overall it was a good hotel.

The staff were great especially Rafa and Marta, they were very friendly and helpful and made sure my stay was great.

Excellent hotel - wonderful staff and very clean and well furnished apartment rooms. Minor thing: internet was not so stable but the staff provided a solution to use a conference room. Lots of nice restaurants and cafes nearby.

The bed was very small as mentioned by lots of other guests.

It was great for us as we like to stay a little outside with a local vibe. 5 min walk to the metro and lots of restaurants and bars just a stroll away. The kitchen was a surprise. Everything you need to cook if required and a supermarket a few doors away. Staff were very pleasant and helpful.

The parking to load an unload is a bit of a challenge. The road noise can be annoying but it is in a city. The breakfast was not ready when it was supposed to be. One day there was no coffee at all and another day there was no eggs at all.

Breakfast was really good but struggled with having it ready at the start time. My expectation is that if breakfast starts at 7:30AM everything should be ready at 7:30AM not 8:00 or 8:30AM.

The location is great

It was very clean and the staff were very friendly. I got a suite but it was a bit small for a suite. The bed was actually 2 joined twin beds which was not good to sleep on. It should be a queen size or a king. Also, the isolation was not good enough. You can hear other people in next door.

There were one or 2 nights where noises o the street disturbed our sleep. Although it is a bit out of the hotel control we think double glassing or noise blocking curtains would have helped

Toilet has weak flush and no brush is supplied, which is not a great combination!

Good location. Car parking (though a bit tight for large car). Room size. Shower good. Other reviews criticise age/condition of fittings but while a little bit dated, they were fine, and everything worked. Modern double glazing so not too noisy. Nice place.
