The appartment was poorly cleaned. Furniture bad signs of wear, sofa in the living room really dirty with nasty stains on it. Human hair all over the place. Dirty walls. It's a shame, really nice app just needs a little care. The deposit is annoying also, not mentionimg the late check-in fee...

Renovated nice building, close to Sagrada Familia, host was kind. Quiet but close to everything.

The location is not at the main touristic area. We used mainly the bus and the bus stations were a few minutes walk (went to Park Guell and to the Aquarium). It is close to many restaurants, bakeries and supermarkets.

The apartment is great in good condition, clean and comfortable. Kitchen is fully equipped.

A very well kept, clean and also very spacious and provided with all necessities one could need. We were welcomed by Eduard one of the hosts which was very nice and helpful. The area were the appartments are situated is a Very quiet area with all amenities thay are found withn walking distance, one also van enjoy a nice bfast with the amazing view of the Sagrada Familia. Highly recommended.

At one point internet was out which caused a minor hiccup with kids, but since we were about to leave and it was getting late I didn’t want to bother anyone.

A very limited supply of kitchen products such as salt, pepper, oil, dishwasher tablets. Shower hygiene products were in limited supply as well. We were four people staying for five days, and we only had two tiny bottles of shower gel, one dishwasher tablet, no laundry detergent at all, no coffee capsules. Would be also nice to have umbrellas provided. One day during our stay it rained quite heavily, so a couple of spare umbrellas could have saved us.

A cosy, rather spacious and nicely equipped apartment that meets all your basic needs. Lots of daylight in the living room. Good location to start your day of exploring from.

It could be more of salt, sugar, tea , coffee provided as welcome kit is too small for 4 people. Also only 2 small bottles of shampoo for 4 people, but we had our own. So if you do not have own, this would not be enough for longer stay.

Not far from Sagrada Familia. Tram from airport with one change 40 min. Good kitchen equipment. Small welcome kit (several small packets of instant coffee, oil, sugar, salt, peper) was provided There was nescafe coffee mashine, but no capsules were provided. We appretiate, that person met us on quite a quick notice.

The sofa bed was not fit for purpose. It was covered in marks and it was broken making it an uncomfortable night's sleep for a member of our party. The bedding was not the correct size.

Although the place was clean, not having any cleaning during our stay was not great. Also, this was the first time ever at an accommodation when we were asked to clean the kitchen and take out the trash at checkout.

We loved everything about our stay there! The location was absolutely perfect, we walked everywhere and hardly used any public transportation. The apartment was big and VERY well equipped.

The WiFi connection inside the double beds room is a bit bad; when there’re many people in the apartment it’ll automatically disconnect, but only happened in rare circumstances.

The apartment is fantastic! Only 5min walk to Sagrada and has metro there to everywhere. The place is nice and neighbours are quiet, so you will have a nice sleep after exploring all day.

On the website it was written we needed to pay 200Eur guarantee, but in fact we needed to pay 300 Eur. I feel that it's a bit too much. The funds will be released after 10 working days

The location was very good, 100m from Sagrada Familia will all kinds of shops nearby. It was also very easy for us to visit the city, as we had a bus station close. The apartment was extremely clean and had everything like a washing machine, dishwasher, iron, hairdryer, coffee machine, free Wi-Fi, etc. We had towels ready, garbage bags, toilet paper, dish detergent, tea, coffee - almost everything needed for a 5-day stay! The host was very friendly, we talked on WhatsApp on the day of the arrival, and he waited for us at the location - we even checked in earlier by 1 hour.

The internet needs to be reviewed. The kitchen needs more utensils. Communication needs to be improved. You need to add a sign so that it will be easy for guest to identify the flats.

The customer service needs to be more active, we’ve been calling the property since 10am and had to sit outside until 12:30pm. We just wanted to leave our luggage as we respect the check in time. We had our 2 kids with us and it was very difficult with no communication until Gonzalo came to help us. There is no sign which advertise the apartment so make sure you have the correct address. The property is quite close to the centre. P.s if you book sightseeing bus, it takes 30 mins walk from the flats. We were lucky it was a short stay. The kitchen needs more utensils to cook. We were a family of 4. Only 2 utensils. The most important the internet needs to be reviewed. The internet is very very slow.
