Charge for parking at hotel when free parking was very close by. There was a persistent mechanical noise that disturbed occasionally; we never figured out what it was. There was no lounge chair in the room, only a desk chair. Spartan room; no color or art on the walls. Walking distance to Casseldefels town and its very large shopping centre. Very close to Barcelona airport.

Easy access by car; friendly reception; large room with comfortable beds and good towels. Large comfortable lounge area. Free welcome drink (but only draft beer or soft drink!). Free parking very close by.

During our stay there was an "event" held in the conference rooms directly beneath our family room. The noise was extremely loud and went on well into the wee hours.

The in room fridge didn't cool enough, it would keep a drink just below lukewarm. The air conditioning didn't work properly, leaving the room warm. The window didn't close fully letting sounds in from neighboring rooms and the nearby busy road. There was also no obvious child lock on the window or restrictor which would have been a plus as we had a small child with us.

The room itself was comfortable, and the room was kept very clean. The staff were professional and friendly. The location of the hotel although close to a busy road isn't far from the airport and there is plenty of public transport nearby to bring you into Barcelona. The surrounding area itself didn't feel like a tourist destination, but a normal town, which we liked.

We tried the hotel because of its proximity to the airport. Unfortunately it does not have a shuttle. The taxi service the hotel arranged was costly and the driver was not professional at all.

All the staff are very kind and friendly. We were upgraded to a superior room and were assisted in every need. The hotel is modern and stylish and the room was spotless. Restaurant food was delicious.

This hotel was a very pleasant surprise as we just booked it because of the price and proximity to El Plat airport It’s like a business hotel but the rooms a very clean and nice. We had a family room which had a separated bedroom which was great for us to separate the kids so everybody can sleep There is a shopping mall very close and lots of restaurants in the proximity with Burger King and KFC right next to the hotel.
