The property is clean. But not safe. We had to put the coffee table against the door in the hope that it will make noise if there is break in.

The apartment was clean but very unsafe. The La Rambla area is notorious for pick pocketing and thugs. The apartment has code to open the door and someone open the door while we were away and took $120 dollars from my friend’s bag. The window in front room does not close so safety is a big concern in this apartment. The owner was slow in response.

There isn't such a thing.

Everything was perfect, and clean, and cosy. There wasn't anything missing. The location was top. The check-in and check-out were very easy. I would strongly recommend it.

No big minuses, some things inside could be better - eg bathroom sliding doors should be adjusted/lubricated as they make lot of sound. Shower in one bathroom releases water on the connection (use was normal, just that it should be repaired). Maybe think of providing basic stuff like salt, pepper, oil…

Location is super, at Rambla, still was very peaceful (we were there in April). Nice balcony on inside side. Elevator, luggage storage possible for early arrival, late departure. Provided some water and coffee capsules, dish washing detergent…

The place is not quite as nice as the photos. A few things are a little broken. Not a big deal though.

Fantastic location, steps from La Ramblas. Great restaurants right on the street. Loved that they have lockers for your luggage if you arrive early, which we did. We loved sitting out on our balcony, drinking wine, eating olives, and enjoying the sun.

Not enough toiletries for four persons, We had to buy some!

Perfect location, city center, close to liceu metro station. many attractions accessible on foot. The appartment with the terrace is really spacious.

It was obviously dirty ! Flooding in the bathroom was a constant pain, busy floorboards upstairs and downstairs works in progress , unresponsive reception desk ! We tried to access but no response, we tried the WhatsApp emergency number but still no response. I. Total it was an expensive start regarding all aspects , average facilities and service but EXCELLENT LOCATION!

The apartment doesn’t look like in the photos. One bedroom has just a small window but still it’s dark all the time. It was strange that the was no soap.

The bathrooms need to be overhauled. One shower was so small that the curtain stuck to the person showering. The other shower sprayed water everywhere. Neither bathroom is en-suite. The Nespresso machine leaked.

The location was perfect? It is on a side street right off of the Main Street. We enjoyed the easy access of the PIN code for all of the doors. It was nice that Nespresso pods were included.

The apartment was cozy and tidy. The location was convenient and the communication with the staff was very easy. Since we had a late flight, they let us to store our luggage in secure shelves. Everything was great.
