Bathroom in need of an update.

Easy to get to. Right opposite the ⛱️beach Also a bus service into Mojacar itself and the Pueblo from the front of the hotel. Staff were helpful.

The night we arrived the bathroom floor was not clean with dust and several hairs on it and dark hairs caught around the support rail in the shower. We also found the entertainment very loud. I was not feeling well for two days and in the evening found it went on too late. Maybe we are just getting old.

Location and food were both good. Room very comfortable and lovely showers - almost instant heat and very good pressure.

The location, it was too far from any bars or restaurants and entertainment.

I liked everything except the entertainment as it was all in Spanish and I could not understand anything. The ventriloquist looked good, but we couldn’t understand him. We didn’t know why people were being given Diplomas. I was by the pool when the aqua aerobics started and joined in as I didn’t need to understand the guy, I just copied but when he asked people where they were from I shouted ENGLAND and hoped he’s talk in English a bit, but he didn’t say a word. If the entertainment was in English I would have said my stay was excellent.

Meal times were hectic, food cold, although lots of choice. Distance to bars an restaurants.

Very little English speaking and zero English speaking entertainment etc ALL Spanish so not For Irish kids or families as they would not be able to take part. Also NO food available as no snack bar so unless you are inclusive you cannot Get food.

The restaurant was ok in the evening the food was ok but not great But in the morning, the breakfast was not good all the food was Luke warm or cold not injoy able and the coffee was not nice Me and my wife had to wait for the bar to open to have a coffee

Coffee was very poor, instant from a machine and laced with sugar whichever setting was tried, quite a disappointment for coffee lovers. All entertainment was in Spanish, bingo for example was very difficult to keep up with and overwhelming for kids with noise. 2 double beds joined isn’t really suitable for the whole family sleeping properly. The pool was not very clean and too warm for hot weather. Daily room clean was brief but adequate, just needed sandy floor sweeping.

Fantastic entertainment throughout the day from 11am to 12midnight. Except noise, music and laughter and dancing, something for all ages. The entertainment team worked very hard. Kids club was well run and felt safe, form filled in for allergies, phone numbers etc. Mealtimes were controlled chaos, staff were excellent replacing things that were running out at rapid speed. Freshly cooked ‘station’ had the best and healthiest food. Again, something for everyone and plenty of choice. Spacious room with pool and sea view, mini fridge, good shower and bath.

The corridor to the bedroom looked dirty and not vacuumed. Those carpet tiles looked years old. We had to get our fridge cleaned and the bedroom floor washed when we arrived. Towels were left on chairs beside the pool from morning to evening so it was very hard to get a seat at the pool. There was a notice asking people not to leave towels for over 20 mins but nobody cared if they did.

The hotel was huge and breakfast was a bit chaotic in a massive dining room. Food was fine and plenty of choice but as you'd expect for those numbers the quality was average.

The large apartment was centrally located. It was blocks from the cathedral, markets and restaurants. We had to park 2 blocks away in a parking garage. Because it is situated in the old town the cobblestone streets are narrow and parking was impossible. The apartment was equipped with air conditioning, kitchen and living area.

Very loud all day long on pool side rooms till 11.30, all day activities,...if you want peace go mountain or street side rooms, I changed room, to street side away from noise on 5 th floor, much better. I was missing coffee machine and tea maker in room, botlle of water in fridge, for 4 star hotel that's a must.

Very nice stuff, try to please you in any moment and solve problems! Nice meals, and clean rooms. My daughter loved pools.

15 euro a day for parking with very few cars there. 8 euro and it would be full. In restaurant after the large Spanish number of guests moved out on Sunday 11 the June the selection of food reduced and even the soup was lukewarm and hot dishes cold. For the week before it was great. Staff were uninterested in our comment on that. The bar needs a menu of cocktails and snacks. At present only a toasted sandwich available during the day. We have stayed many times but this time was not up to normal standards This is constructive criticism and we will be back

I had asked for rooms next doors to each other, like we had last year. When we checked in, we were given rooms at opposite ends of the corridor. The Receptionist then found us a room that was closer but not next door, as requested, saying this was all that was available.When we had dinner it was obvious that the Hotel was half empty, as parts of the restaurant were closed off. You have to do something about the baths, as they are very slippery when taking a shower. I slipped a couple of times, and our friends had to put a hand towel in theirs. Also the pillows are dreadful, very lumpy and uncomfortable,

The pool area is fantastic, breakfast is good, with a variety of hot and cold food,.
